How Often Do you Log onto The Server?: Most of the time during the day but when i'm back in school maybe 2-6 hours at max.

Do you have a microphone?: No, but I plan on getting one.
Have you ever been banned, If yes When and Why?: No, I didn't get banned but i have been kicked for being AFK.
Can You ensure that you will often come on?: Depends on what i'm doing during the day.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes i understand and will try not to let that happen.
In as much detailed as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A School Monitor's job is to keep watch for any fights or violent weapons in the school premise and trying to stop them if possible, if they refuse then they will threaten to call the cops . Seeing if the students are doing fine or need medical attention and checking on any classes to see if they are in order.
Do you have any past experience in this type of role play?: No, I have not played as a School monitor before.
What experience, in general, do you have in role play?: when i joined i was not so good with the rules but as my character grew older and i learned the rules better I started playing by the rules. I did get waned for a few things like Meta or AvoidRP but then i stopped because i knew what i was doing. I don't gangRP and don't plan on doing so. My characters usually don't get in trouble unless it comes to them. But after all my role playing experience is calm and easy going.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: As School Monitor I have to make sure the students and other School Employees are doing fine physically and mentally. I would have to check around for any fights and any weapons on school grounds.

During a work shift a students starts cussing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I stay calm and balanced I would ask them to calm down and take a deep breath. If they don't calm down i would kindly ask them to come with me to have a chat about whats going on and why they are so angry. And if they still don't calm down ill have to threaten them with the cops or the principle if necessary.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principle, How do you react?: I would kindly ask if this task is desperately required. If so then i'll get the materials that are needed and go and do that job that is required.
Another School Employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, How do you react?: I'd calmly ask them to get back in line. If this method doesn't work then i would threaten to tell the School Principle about his/hers rash behavior. If they still act out of line i'd softly push them to a near by wall reporting them to the Principle.

Motivation for joining YHS: I see fights and people being bullied by students and even one of my own friends almost being hurt by an other students and I wanted to help but had no power in that matter. So by trying to join I wanted to help the students and Employees who need it. I wanted to help the students grow and become confidant in themselves and withstand the hurt other students cause.
Age: 17 (but meant to be 18)
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I had one job as a security at 'Beans N Cream Cafe' and wanted a new opportunity to help and get to know some more people. And this gives me a better chance to help the school and the people. I also have friends and family to help and need a bit more cash in my pocket.
