I have never been banned from SchoolRP.

I absolutely will try my best to be on everyday, and if I have an event planned, I will give a notice.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Teaching Assistants have many characteristics of they're job that they tend to follow. They help teachers with keeping record of things, such as keeping track of attendance in the class, and maybe even calculating grades on an assignment or exam. Teaching Assistants also help get materials for a lesson, or help teachers prepare the class before they begin teaching. For example, a teacher might have a special event they are doing with the class, I, the teaching assistant would be there, helping prepare for the event. Teaching Assistants also keep an eye on students and supervise them to see if they are staying on task, or behaving correctly in a good behavioral state of manner. While in class, Teaching Assistants also tend to help out a group of students who do not understand the concept of the lesson that the teacher is explaining, so in this case, I would be there to get their minds on track so they don't get frustrated in class. I would help the group of students that the teacher can not accommodate because she is busy of some sort, grading papers, etc. Teaching Assistants are people who assist a teacher with instructional responsibilities. They reinforce lessons presented by teachers by reviewing material with students on a one on one process or in small groups. They also enforce school and classroom rules to teach students proper behavior. The general process is the teachers introduce new topics to the students and the teaching assistances review that topic. In one scenario, a teacher is confused on a certain topic, the teacher would ask the teaching assistant for feedback, this could mean feedback of many different things. For example, the teacher might want to check on the student's development in the class or on a certain lesson. I would be there to give her my opinion or feedback to make her decision making easier.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I absolutely love school roleplay, I used to roleplay as a teacher on other roleplaying servers, so I think I could fit this criteria quite well. I know how to work with students in class and help give a sense of freedom when asking questions, there are no wrong or right answers I say.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have roleplayed on many servers, so I am no stranger to roleplaying as a character. I love roleplaying because it gives a sense of freedom and allows you to create a certain character you want to be with certain characteristics.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, a teaching assistant makes the teacher's job run smoothly and helps take care of decisions, paperwork, etc.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I ask the student to cool down, and stay in a relaxed state of mind so they can leave all negativity of curse words out of the procedure. If this is a pattern I start to see, I will either inform the teacher or the principal about the situation.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I will try to make the job run as smoothly as can be, in the best way possible.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I let them be and not react or get involved in any matter. That is a situation they need to keep in order.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
When I first joined YHS, just by the first glance I took at it, the environment was absolutely warm and welcoming. It did not take long for me to make friends or get my very own roleplay in tact. My motivation for applying is to show students in YHS that they can succeed in things just like anyone else can, I want to be a role model for others and show that its ok to do new things. I want to show them that in this community, anything is possible if you put your mind to it and give it your all. Honestly, I want to make an impact on the server, to the whole community to show you can be anyone you want because it truly is an awesome feeling when you use your own creative mindset to create your own character.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I feel I should be accepted over other applicants because I know all the characteristics of this job. I know what this character is in charge of and their responsibilities. I think I could be a very good Teaching Assistant because I know what it takes to be one. I love helping others and showing the growth and improvement upon students. I just feel like this role was made for me and I could be a great Teaching Assistant.
