What is your motivation for applying?:
Not seeing many classes being hosted and often seeing confused students.

I have read it, I have memorizd it and I also wrote it on my hand somewhat.

Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): Was P.E Teacher, Co-Owner, I know quite a bit about computers in general, I worked in IT for 2 weeks.

I have read and and I understand it.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
As of now I believe the teacher group is as good as it is.


KNOWLEDGE

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
They are almost like the police of the school, but instead of protecting & serving, they protect & teach. Teachers are essential to the school. They are the arteries connecting to the heart, teachers are required to maintain roleplay and answer questions if a student needs help.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Top Rank: HD
Unlikely to reach this stage if there's already an existing HD of that department, however they can offer Co-HD. Requires you to plan what lessions will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans.
2nd Top: QTLS
Has permission to start class whenever one wants inside school, but needs to be discussed and organized with other teachers. Allowed to let trainees in to watch your classes.
3rd Top: NQT
More advanced than trainee and has the correct qualifications to start a lesson, but before starting a lesson you must still check with your HD and in the roleplay documents check for what you must be teaching. If there's no lesson plans then tell the teachers. As an NQT you should be still guided by your peers. Allowed to make errors.
Lowest rank: Trainee
The newest you can get, will only be placed on the rank for a few days. No permission to start class and isn't assigned to work with any teacher, you spectate lessons and learn from how they work.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
MoSCo: Must have, should have, could have system.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Saijun is 5'4 with black hair, brown eye color. Rather pale skin due to lack of going outside, instead spending her time studying. Smooth silky skin and well-brushed long hair. You can hear her Korean accent when she speaks Japanese.
She believes in students and their ability to learn and excel in life. Saijun looks up to her co-workers, hoping to learn more from them and improve her job as a teacher.
Saijun has a mild personality, not being very strict often. She enjoys happiness overall but scare tactics aren't always bad are they?
She hopes to raise good people that can contribute to society.

SCENARIOS

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
2x Verbal warning, if the student does not comply they will be given detention.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
In a satire way but serious voice threaten homework.

When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
Relaxed, talking to other teachers if any, or taking a look at some documents.

BACKSTORY
Saijun was brought into the the world on April 7th 1989 by her beloved mother Eun-Jeong and supported by her husband Hyeon-Ju, born into a rich family of noble descendants, she was treated like a young princess. She was home schooled by a great teacher who was hired by her parents, until she was 9 years old when she was brought into a public school, in class 3-D. She was unfortunately bullied for a year since she was an outcast and the other kids knew of her being home schooled and not having friends, which lowered her self esteem and reputation immensly.
However she excelled in her grades, her parents were the proudest they could be, straight A's, 100 on every quiz and assignment. She truly excelled to the top of the grade board in her school, which also got the other kids upset and jealous of her achievements aswell. Time passed by, she was maintaining her education while also working part-time at a supermarket in her town. At the age of 21 she took the decision to move to Japan to enter into a University of technology and architecture, while also keeping a part-time contract job to earn her share. Everything was going fantastic. She was almost at the top of her grade in university, only beat by a couple points by other great students. Saijun graduated at 26, she got a part-time job at a local architectural company for a year. Eventually her life changed as always and she decided to spread her knowledge, no one has ever done this in her bloodline. She wanted to be the first. While working at her architectural company Saijun was filling out a job application for a teacher at Taketatsu highschool, at a nearby small town to help out the somewhat struggling school. In the mean time she tries to get every bit of knowledge required to become a succesful teacher, will she?
Only time will tell.
