Shader Pack Problems

Hello, as you see from the title I’m having shader pack issues. I download BSL shaders, it lags my game and computer out. I then tried out Sildurs shader pack lite version. It also lagged my whole system out. I then found another shader pack called Chocapic13’s shader pack, it wasn’t super laggy but I would have a frame rate of 5 so I moved slow and all that. There was some lag just not as bad to crash my game from the other 2.
I’m trying to figure out how to have a better frame rate and not make my game lag. I have Optifine 1.13.2 Ultra version. If you have a shader pack that may work and not be so laggy please tell me. I’ve been wanting shaders for a long time but my computer can’t handle so much high quality graphics.

It's pretty much dependant on your computer's specs. Lower end computers normally can't run shaders properly as shaders are quite resource-intensive. The less laggier packs are definitely the Lite version of any shader pack, but if your computer can't even run those, I doubt you will be able to run any sort of shaders.
