School Employee Role you are Applying For: I am applying to become Head Nurse.
How often do you log onto the server?: I log in everyday between 2pm - 4pm. Since I am from the United States, I usually get off the server between 6am - 10am.
Do you have discord? Yes, my discord username is shiko#8933
Do you have a microphone? Yes, I do have a mic.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: No, I have never been banned from the server and hopefully I never get banned.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I can ensure anyone, including any staff member, that I will log into the server everyday, unless there is an emergency, or if I have school. I am home schooled, so I only go to school from Monday - Wednesday. On those school days, I will most likely stay on the server from about 6pm - 3am.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: I realize that and I understand completely.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: As Head Nurse, my responsibility is to make sure the flow of the Nursing unit is up to, and/or exceeds any and all expectations that the Head Master of the school desires. The Head Nurse is also responsible for the organization and strategic planning of the entire Nursing unit inside the school, and to make sure any school employee's associated with the Nursing unit is acting in a professional manner.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I do not. However, ICly, I usually help my friends and family get themselves back to standard health. For example, one of my close friends (ICly) had punched through a glass window. I carefully pulled all the glass shards out of his hand with a pair or tweezers, making sure they didn't hit anything such as an artery, or anything else within his hand. Afterwards, I cleaned out his hand with some rubbing alcohol, wrapped his hand with a towel, and made sure to apply to pressure in order to stop the bleeding. Fortunately, my friend's hand was completely fine, and we were able to make sure that nothing inside his hand was cut or damaged.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Not inside of SRP, but I have once worked as a Shop Owner in a Windows 10 server about 2 1/2 years ago.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: As I have stated earlier in the application, the duties of the Head Nurse is to make sure that the organization, direction, and strategic planning of the nursing unit inside the school and/or in any health care facility is monitored and cared for in a professional manner. The Head Nurse is involved in evaluating, and setting nursing care standards along with the objectives for the organization, and to watch over the actions of the nursing unit as a whole.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would ask the student to please stop and to go back to what they were doing before they started to insult me. However, if they choose to be stubborn/ignorant and continue to insult me, I shall report it to a teacher or to the principal. In other words, I wouldn't do anything that anyone else inside my line of work wouldn't do.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would ask the principal what my assignment is and if I believe that I could complete this task, I would do so without threatening the safety of any other staff, school employee, student, or anyone around the area of which I am doing this task in. Seeing that I would only be the Head Nurse of the school, I would ask the principal if there's anyone of a higher ranking in the school that could do the task in my place, but only if I, myself, am not capable of doing said task on my own.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask, whoever the employee may be, if what they are doing is completely safe and if it would threaten the safety of students, staff, or anyone else in and around the school. Seeing that the situation is dangerous, I would ask the employee to stop what they are doing and if they decide to not listen to reason, then I would call the police or a near by security guard to come and get the employee to stop.
