Why do you want to own a shop?:
Because seeing customers enjoy people's services, makes me happy. If I can make people happy, then I'm happy too. I know this because I have some working experience, I have worked at Heartbucks and Sayonara. Also, knowing that your job has grown a lot and you know you've succeeded, is a great thing to know. Also, owning a shop will be hard, because seeing the other shops, they have really nice concepts which make more customers. So I need to be unique, in order to run a popular shop.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I am planning to serve food, and make people come to my shop, to take a break and relax, instead of sitting on the streets for no reason. My shop will be a cafe, which welcomes everyone in town, teachers to students, I would like to make my customers feel relaxed.
Not to make customers feel tired of seeing the same store, I will make events, comedy nights and different sorts of events that the customers will enjoy, always come along, have fun and relax.
How will your shop be unique?:
I will make my shop unique by making various events, such as comedy nights, or invite a band to play live. I am also planning on decorating the store nicely, making it look more relaxing. I will be also working on the uniforms, which will be unique in its own way.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
Sakura Kyūkei (桜 休憩) will be about 7-12 employees, like waitresses, waiters, cook, cashier and the security. I can think of more roles, such as restock manager, events manager, and the payment manager.
