Shop wanted: I would like shop 2.
Why do you want to own a shop?: I would like to own a shop due to the fact that I believe I am creative and hardworking. I think it should go to me since I will regularly open it (usually on the weekends, as that's when I have the most time.). I want to give the people what they want- and what they want is a shop owner who will be regularly open, and I promise to bring that to them. I'd also like to own a shop since I find ShopRP very interesting, and I am willing to put myself in charge of this challenge, and face it head on!
I would also like to own a shop for an ICly reason, my character, Tommy loves people, and He'd like to own a shop since he is a people person & wants to help people with all their Medical needs. He'd be able to run the shop daily and would make it so people would come. He comes from a boring family of successful doctors and nurses, which is why I feel he'd be a great fit for the shop.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I plan to do something unique with the shop-- I worked at the Aquarium before where we were working on "events" (which I suggested to Misoki.) And I've come up with a plan to make the shop more unique than it was.
Half off Day -- On certain days I would lower the price to half of what it was. For example, if something was 100 Yen it would now be 50 Yen. There could also be Buy one Get 50% off
Murder Mystery! -- On certain days we would do a "Murder Mystery" Around the shop, there's a killer going around! You have to solve who the killer is. How this would work is that there'd be a killer among the participating party, they'd have to find a "Body" (Really just an Idle employee), they'd be able to ask the "body" questions like "Was there a knife at the scene?" or "Was there blood?". Tag Event -- On Certain days we would do a tag event where you could only go to the other sidewalk. There would be 3 taggers who would attempt to tag the runners. If you are tagged, then you'd have to /sit.
How will your shop be unique?: As I mentioned before, there will be certain days where we have certain events. I do not believe any other shop has done this yet.
My shop will also be unique because out of the 3 convenience stores, none of them do events such as ours. We will be able to advertise better since we actually have events and stuff for our patrons to do other than shop and buy medical supplies.
I also plan on continuing the therapy & EMT service, just like Bertie did. I thought this was very well done and I loved it, it was a safe space to unleash all your inner thoughts. We would have 3 The******s and maybe some the****** interns. I really love this idea, which is why I am including it in this application.
All of my employees will be paid a certain amount of money, depending on their roll. Cashiers will be paid about 5000 yen, while The******s will get more than that (~20000 yen.) I would get half of what my employees make to pay them all equally. And for some money myself.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I plan on having 15 employees. Here's my list
Cashier (5)
Cashiers are important since they ring up the items that people buy. They are what essentially brings in the money.
The****** (3)
The******s are essential to a the******s office, they work as people to help you, not to hurt you.
Interns (3)
Interns would be high school level kids who are unpaid, although it would be legal (at least in the U.S due to the fact they are getting knowledge in return.) who are interested in going into a medical career in the near future.
Manager (2)
Managers would be able to run and close the store while I am offline, whether it be me on vacation or at school, these people will run the shop while I am gone.
Janitor (2)
Janitors would clean up after the shop closes. They are responsible for keeping it clean.
