Why do you want to own a shop?:
Owning a shop is a big responsability, you have to do many things as restock, customer safety, entertainment and the comfort. However in real life I am doing economy highschool and I think this roleplay as owning a shop will make me better in my studies and in my roleplay experience since you kinda need to know how to do economy, without economy things will get harder with money, because restock means money, which money means economy, so I think its very important to know how to do economy to make a shop successful. I want this certainly shop because I never saw Mintix opening it so I got some "colorful" and pretty ideas to make this shop to feel more alive. I've been working on many shops, so I kinda know what it feels like to own a shop, indeed it is kinda stressful, but I can deal with it. If I get accepted I'll try my best to set everything up, and make the customers enjoy their time spent at the cafe. The shop name will be "StarLight" because I want the shop to be space themed. I want it to feel like your floating in space, seeing the stars, the moon and etc. Everything will be explained down below.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I got many plans for it. First of all, I want my employees to wear some colorful star outfit, it's like Star Guardian skins from League Of Legends, I want it to be cute and I was thinking of making security look like the sun or the moon, but after I realise that would be- kinda hilarious. I don't want in the shop to be many lights, I want it to be more like- Romantic atmosphere, I was thinking putting one light in the middle of the shop, naming it "The Sun" because, when you come in the shop, I want you to feel that you're on the space, you're on the moon, or you're on a star. Anyway that's just optional.
How will your shop be unique?:
My shop will be unique in his own way. I was planning when there are no workers online, to not open the shop but I will be doing deliverys. Here's an example: Lets say I got everything restocked but my workers can't get online so I can't work alone at the cafe, so I will advert that I will be doing deliverys, they will call me and I will delivery them the food they want with 450 yen fee. In this way you can order without coming to the shop. That's just one of the ideas, the other idea is kinda a roulette, everyone, who is willing to play will come into the cafe, they got between 5 and 7 minutes to get into the cafe, after it the door will close, after this someone will sell some books having on it between 1 and 50 numbers, every book will be 550 yen as the economy is important for the restock. After everything is done, we will roll out of 50 and the lucky one who has the book with that number, wins the first prize, which will be set before the event happens, after we will roll out of 50 another 2 times to set the second winner and the third winner. That's in short how I think my shop will be unique.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I think the shop is kinda small- but i might renovate the inside of it, to feel more alive, now lets focus on the question, I won't have many employees since the shop is small so this is the list: 4 - 8 waitress / waiters ; 2 or 3 security since protection is important ; 2 Shiny Star, "Shiny Star" is a new role which will help me on doing: skins, events idea, suggestion about the shop, watch the behaviour of the workers and helps me doing the restock. So in short the Shiny Star will be a kind of a co-owner. And might have 4 or 5 delivery persons, because if I get a delivery call while im opening and I am busy I will report the order, the name and the location to the delivery person to make the delivery.
