Shop wanted: Shop 5

Why do you want to own a shop?: Owning a shop in my perspective means you successfully have the writing, responsibility, management, and persuasive skills to take it on and do it well. Those are traits I hope I have, and willing to test myself at. It gains people respect for being able to do that kind of stuff. Of course, I hardly care about respect. This is mainly about helping this community for me. Many players struggle to find a role-play to take interest in, I understand this because I myself have the same struggles. I often wander around, go on another tab to check the forums, then if there isn't anything intriguing on the forums, I'll often leave my computer open and keep minecraft open while I eat, watch you-tube, or do something else. The point is that sometimes there really isn't much to do. I really appreciate the occasional special events, open shops, and all of the other beauties of Karakura, but for characters or players who aren't well associated with the server, they frequently wander, get lost, or accidentally break the rules. They see the vacant shops and ask, "Where's the owner? Can I buy something? How do I get in?" It's not anybody's fault in particular, but I want to be part of the solution. I'm not able to be online all the time, but if I did own a shop, I'd try my best to get it going all the time I was on. I want to provide more than just a place to eat, I want to give players an experience that I haven't had as much as I'd prefer. It leaves a lasting memory to actually enjoy a shop, not having to eat peach and marshmallow treats. Overall, just to assist so I can feel productive, instead of being afk and not being a good part of the role-play.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: Shop 5 has a LOT of potential. That's one of the reasons I decided to apply for it. Though I am not interested in the current theme of wood and mushroom, I see what it was originally intended to be-A fancy and elaborate restaurant. I think replacing that with dark oak wood planks and quartz blocks would give it a more luxurious vibe, though I'm completely into the entrance, so I would remain the entrance unaltered but everything else must simply go. As for the current chairs, the same thing. I would keep the water as it displays a very calming yet florid feel to it as a decoration. I would also rid of the vending machine right outside, because a character could just decide to completely pass off the restaurant for treats just because it's cheaper or easier. As for the rest of the outside, it can remain untouched except for possibly adding a few small yet modern water fountains or refined bushes, still undecided about that though. I think it would fit once the shop has been remodeled simply with the replacement. I really enjoyed looking at the sea lanterns, as when I played on building servers, I would use them for lighting, so they're staying. As for the floor of the shop, it's modern and fancy, perfect for what I had in mind. When I was inspecting the shop, I found torches which honestly would ruin the whole richness of the restaurant. I mean, it simply isn't realistic to keep a fire hazard in such a beautiful shop? I seriously have never even seen a torch in a restaurant, that has to go if I am to own that place. Though chandeliers with sea lantern might work for lighting, or just sea lanterns in the ceiling in general. As for the ceiling itself, I'd really adore a more elaborate design for it. Something complex would be nice, but I realize that might be hard to come up with, so just a plain white ceiling with see lanterns built in would fit. Now that the building concerns are aside, I'd like to arrange the menu. The restaurant, being fancy and all, has to have an exquisite menu. I am not informed of what the list of food in the resource pack is completely, so it is kind of complicated to create a menu. Anything fancy would definitely be included, as well as anything deluxe. Possibly wine or beer, but customers would have to be of age. Of course if I was to include wine or beer, it would be over the regular price for it due to the theme of fancy. Sandwiches work decently if I'm desperate. If there any sorts of meat, I would love to include those because often fancy restaurants have overpriced steak or ribs. Now that the menu concerns are basically dealt with, the name is an important part. Names usually have lasting impacts on people. It plays a role in their decision. I was hoping to name after something in my life, but where I come from, all the fancy overpriced restaurants are Hawaiian-named. So, I still wanted to name it something unique and original, so my brother and I came up with "Plumeria". It's my favorite flower, and yes, it is Hawaiian, but I think it still has a fancy ring to it. If that doesn't work, we also created a less original name, the "Marble Garden". Which ever one seems more suiting, you decide. Overall, that's basically what I plan to do with this shop.
How will your shop be unique?: I don't know of anything particularly fancy in Karakura. This will be a bit different than all the other current restaurants and cafes, because it will be full-out fancy and elaborate. The design for it I have planned is also quite original and will make it stand out next to everything else in that area. The fact that it's next to a lot of other shops is competition and also, can be considered an advantage. It will be basically the one and only luxury from a city-like segment. It's also near the apartments which is ideal because as far as I'm concerned apartment owners have most likely enough money to eat out if they have enough money to pay for shelter. I like that it's a bit off from the school, that way it won't be swarming with students, so it can maintain its status. I also plan on making reservations a thing, so it won't be full of people who aren't eating. You won't have to make reservations too far ahead of time, just enough so the employees can prepare. This shop will be fancy and modern, so its luxury will make it unique.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I am planning to have a lot of employees. After all, it wouldn't be worth eating out at a fancy restaurant without enjoyment and no shortage of assistance?

1 manager : to take care and handle things when I am not able to
3 cooks: so everything goes smoothly
6 waiters: so they won't have to rush to serve
1 reservation person: at front so no one can get in without reservation
1 security: to help reservation person in case things get tricky
This list perfectly fits this restaurant.
