Shop 3, it looks like a wanting needing not owned fast food store that is calling my name out.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
I feel like shops are a part of SchoolRP that are crucial for the server. If you look the main hang out place in SchoolRP are the stores, 11/7 and now more are always a hot spot to find new people and make great Role Plays, this is why I am making an application to create a new place where people have fun talk to friends and make SchoolRP as good as it is now! Many people come to me asking? Excuse me sir, where may I find the Redhouse? Now that question will become the simplest answer and I hope no one will ask it because I will attempt to make it beautiful, majestic, and one of the nicest and most visited shops in the SchoolRP world.
I feel the character I have will have many attributes with being the owner of a shop as, he will be the leader working with stocks, the market, and other fast food store businesses making negotiations. He also wants to bring more of the family tradition into a new branch, because his Brazilian family made restaurants in England, Brazil, South Africa, U.S.A but not in Asia, this is why Japan was the right location.
Usually all my characters are very social, outgoing and friendly, just like my employees. This is very useful as we will have a great customer service, where many people will like NakedBun (Shop 3).
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
My main plan with this Fast Food Store is to most likely keep it this way. I personally believe that this does look similar to a large fast food store, I have seen many small fast food stores with not the best of food but I think that this (this being shop 3) is a large open store with many people coming inside and out of it because of the grand size. It is a beautiful space where I believe it would be great to have.
The store will be open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (this is when you can have breakfast) and after 10:00 AM it goes till 20:00 which will serve dinners, lunches, desserts and than we close for the day until 7:00 AM.
When it reaches 22:00 we open our Adults only section opening a bar, it is from 22:00 to 3:00 AM.
The bar would be guarded by bouncers and you must be 18 or over (since it is Japan), the entrance fee would be a nice 750 Yen for any adult who would like to come in and enjoy a great night of partying, celebrating, entertainment, and an amusing night.
How will your shop be unique?:
It will be a grand vast space where many shall visit just for a small bite, to have a meet up which comes with a meal and many more. The diversities it shall have will be massive, from making burgers to selling a local water this Fast Food Restaurant shall be great, I hope that it prospers into more, a hot spot for hanging out to being able to be hit sellers with the Fast Food world.
Outdoors: The outdoors for this fast food restaurant is of course going to be used many many times because on how large it is, if one looks at the picture, the outdoors will be crucial.
Indoors: The fast food store will contain 2 floors and a possible basement. Containing two floors brings more people inside and more space to find if you care a lot about spacial awareness.
Roof Top: The roof of Shop 3 is really large, and with this I will make it into a fun zone, a bar which sells most drinks, a mini football field with 1 goal only, and some tables if you want to relax in the lovely sun! The roof top will also be accompanied with a great smoothie and milkshake bar selling the best of the best of any drink wished.
Small Merchandise store: We will have a very small merchandise store selling from our own caps, maybe small toys from anything that is NakedBun related and small toys.
Game Night
A big themed night where anyone can earn big prizes, from money to awesome toys coming from light sabers, to clothing, hats, and many more interesting toys, it can be games such as penalties in our soccer roof top or an easy bingo night! Just a small thing that happens every couple of weeks.
Different Nights
Most of the nights will be a normal day out, however we can do a romantic nicely lit dinner. Our grand chandeliers help us with that a lot.
A big wild day with a big fat buffet!
When Christmas comes a nice big tree shall be there and decorations too.
We will also have a beautiful big chocolate day, if Easter is your day.
(These things are not every day, the romantic is usually Valentine's day or chosen day, Christmas is Christmas only, Easter is Easter only. )
Clothing: If this ever gets implemented.
The cashier employees at our Fast Food Restaurant shall be wearing a red apron with our logo right in the middle of it also accompanied with a cap.
The janitors shall wear the same apron as the cashiers and the same cap.
The managers will have to be formal, wearing a suit or a polo shirt with a tie.
The chefs shall wear the traditional full white clothing and the head chef might wear those awesome chef hats, also (if possible) our logo.
The delivery crew will wear a nice dark blue jacket accompanied with a nice cap.
The bouncers and security guards would wear a suit and tie or all black clothes.
The officers would wear the same thing a manager wears, so will the Co-Owner.
The Owner will always be found with a suit and tie.

Menus: Sure there is the signs with what it is and the price, we will have that too but also a book, signed with 100 copies of it with our menus and our prices.
How many employees are you planning to have?
I hope to have at least 15 active employees, including myself, of course some people do have breaks (for example me this week, if you think I am not playing at all this week it is because I have exams and I cannot play, but it is only for this week) and that is why 15 is at least, so I believe that the range will be 20 people who are active.
Managers: If I obtain this job I shall become a manager, the managers controls the financial work of our shop, a crucial role to play in the business life.
Payment: 25k a week

Cashiers: The employees who work behind the counter. Probably one of the most vital part of our Fast Food Restaurant, they are paramount. They are the people who work behind the counter, who convince the customers to buy bigger and better!

Janitors: The cleaners of the Fast Food Restaurant. We will have people to keep the Fast Food Restaurant in tip top shape! We shall choose great people for the job!

Chefs: The cookers who create the best of the best varying from Burgers to salads and even desserts, our chefs shall bring a new way of cooking into the business!
Payment: 20k a week
We Will Have 3 Chefs Total
Delivery: The people who get on the road to drive bringing the most freshest of food to their lovely chosen destination, from a house, to a lovely picnic our delivery service will do the job.
Payment: 15k a week.
We Will Have 2 Delivery Total
Bouncers and Security Guards: Just in case security guards would stand in front of the shop at many times, we have them because of the recent attacks. Bouncers will stand in front of the bar when it opens.
Payment: 15k a week.

Co Owner: My most trusted employee! This worker (only 1) shall help me in many perspectives, economically, helping the store, and in many other ways, crucial into what decisions I make into helping the store.

TRIAL:
Any new members who wish to help us with our business shall be put in a trial, which means that they shall be watched by Me, The Co Owner, and the people who have 100% passed in that department.
(If someone is in trial for a long time and they are not accepted or denied they shall be getting a 5k wage.)

If someone does great they will become the head of their department.

(Employees would most hopefully be in many different time zones, so that the shop would be fully functioned many times per day.)
How we hire?
In the first day, we shall hire many many people to work, however these people will be put on rigorous work, they must be 16 or over meaning Grade 11 and overs only.
Firstly they will be given a test, where they put on their name, date of birth, birth place, a small description, why they want to join and how they will be better than other employees and how they plan to contribute.
After the Co-Owner reads this and approves they will talk to me about things like are they multilingual if so which languages, how they will help, what they will set to the table and more questions.
If we have a great, really really good worker we will interview him/her to see if they would like to become an officer or the head of their department. The interview would be long and rigorous, we expect their best. After this they would make a 250 long word essay on why they should get the job, if they achieve head, their pay goes up.
After this If I approve they shall be put on to the test by me, officers and the co owner to see if they are actually good at their job, if they are we will think about it and make a decision which will be accepted, if they fail, they would be denied.
Firing
If one of our employees has been inadequate, not working to their standards or they are not contributing to our shop they will get FIRED.
People will get some warnings before getting fired, one or two but the real way to see is if their wage is dropping.
If someone ever sabotages or steals anything from the shop who is an employee, they will also get fired, however,it will be PERMANENT.
People who get fired will have a chance to re join in one month, but applications would have to be opened.

What is the main role of a Shop Owner?
The shop owner's main job is to make a successful business and family friendly community, I believe that Shop Owner's makes the server bigger and better, as I told said before shops brings, fun hot spots where people meet up, talk, have a fun time and just have a good time. The shop owners are the people that start this, they make a fun environment for all along with all the others, staff, people, teachers, and all players. I want to join this big community with what I said above because our community is a well determined, achieving and now a massive server and the Shop Owner it a lot, time to make an impact.

Do you understand your responsibility of the shop owner?
I feel like I do understand the responsibilities of a shop owner and what must be done, I am a teacher in the server and that also brings a large amount of what I have to do OOCLY and ICLY. I understand that I must keep the shop going through dark and light times good or bad. The shop will try its best to be open at the proper times I listed above, we will have good customer service, great employees and many more great features. We understand that we must be strict to our employees meaning that they should have a good attendance, a good customer service, and a good overall basis, if they do not meet this expectation, they will have a lower pay, and if this goes on, I will fire them.
A conclusion on the store?
NakedBun will be a vast, lively diner opened at most times for any age! We will have the best foods possible, varying from burgers to desserts to brilliant drinks and more! The fact that we are very open to anything. Our rooftop brilliance shall show with the mini soccer, small tasty bar, and the many tables that accompany us! Our managers, officers, co owners, and me the owner shall answer any questions possible! This is why NakedBun shall be the next new BIG thing!
Why Shop 3?
The size, the looks and the things that lead to it, the water fountains, outside greatness, roof top space the brilliant chandeliers inside and the great location and beauty. What is wrong about it, the red colour will match great with either black or red booths, the outside brings a more spacious table forward, this is why I chose Shop 3.
What is the backstory of !NakedBun! ?
A Brazilian man named Carlos was eating a spicy burger in his favourite fast food restaurant "Bobs"! He was slowly eating the best parts of it, the brilliant meat, nice saucy ketchup and the tomato, salad and buns. He looked around seeing other fast food restaurants all closed, only "Bobs" was opened, and than an idea struck his mind, opening a family business into the food business in the form of fast food. He gathered a family meeting and all of the Secrost family came young and old, tall and small. He was telling everyone that we should chose a catchy English name so it catches on to other countries like The U.S, England, Africa, Japan and Australia, he finally chose a name with in the family, NakedBun! The family usually ran other businesses, some into hair styling and others into other categories of business.
The first NakedBun shop opened, near Rio De Janeiro, it was opened in 1998 with Carlos Secrost being the owner and only family employees inside it became packed with people coming inside and out, eating all the lovely Brazilian foods. However, it grew larger and now it really is not a family business, however every NakedBun shop is owned by someone in the Secrost family but the employees come from anywhere around the world. We all were excited by the grand opening and we all new it was going to become a great diner.
Years go by and the NakedBun is already a big hit, featured in countries such as Brazil, United States of America, England, Switzerland, France, South Africa, Egypt, and Australia, however one place is missing, one crucial continent, Asia. The family chose one member to create the goal, Lorenzo Luis Secrost to open the Asian NakedBun! He travelled across Asia and found the perfect city and country Japan!
This is where he is now, waiting inside the vast city to finally open the NakedBun inside Asia.
What is a royal burger?
The Royal Burger is our traditional dish, with the best meat possible, best salad, best tomatoes, best onions, and the best buns that you can find, it is the heart and soul of NakedBun being our best dish everywhere!
