I used to be an avid SchoolRP player. Playing everyday possible. I used to be a teacher for Maths, NQT and QTLS and I believe I was near to HD of Mathematics. I was also a Shop Owner at Happy Pills and the Nightclub. However, I left SchoolRP but I logged in everyday to the forums to understand everything. I hit level 71 in the forums for the amount of posts.
I would like to mention that from today I will be as active as I was before. I am on holidays at the moment so I could be on as much as possible.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I really liked being a teacher for SRP, however, after some classes taught, I would usually quit. I know this makes me not quite loyal, however, when I was a teacher, I would like to think I did a good job. It was always fun to teach these classes, and meeting more people in the SchoolRP community, mostly teachers and some students. I really liked the system on how teaching worked, with the logs and the activity of how many classes were taught a day, something that other servers do not have. This is why I want to be a teacher again.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I do have experience Roleplaying, I know most types of Roleplay being taught mostly from my times at SchoolRP.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
No it is not working for me at the moment. I have read all of the other documents, however.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are where all teachers log and record the classes they taught, this is vital because this shows a teacher's activity if they are being active or not. I know my way around the classroom logs and how to use them.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would tell the importance of the field trip, select a date, and make a request under the School Field Trips section.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Respect for self, others, and school
2. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself
3. No eating or drinking during class
4. Keep flip-phones in pockets or bag during class
5. Swearing or racist comments will not be tolerated inside a classroom
6. Be prepared (for example always bring a pen, pencil and a book)
7. Always remember to do your homework and hand it in on the correct day.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
Generally I love SchoolRP, I left for a bit and now I am back. Generally I attempt to help people in OOC and since I was once a teacher for a couple of months I know what to do. I applied to be the Maths Teacher and I was able to teach about 50 or more classes until I had to leave, however, I am now back to re apply at another subject. I know most types of RP, I have Roleplayed as a Shop Owner, Delivery Man, student, and adult. SRP is not the only place that I Roleplay in as I have played other games where roleplay is required.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department. The role of Head of Department is hard to achieve as he/she is the head of the subject they teach. They can freely teach and must know what the QTLS is teaching and they must give permission for the NQT to teach.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher with Learning Skills. This role is for an experienced teacher who is well Qualified and can teach freely, however, they must tell the Head of Department what they will be teaching.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher. This role must ask the Head of Department for permission to teach, and they must tell the subject too.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
In Game:
In Game the teacher teaches one class either Period 2, 3, 4 or any other after-school activity or any tutoring, where their purpose is to teach the students what they are talking about, their subject and how it should be learning, with the salary, the teacher should be happy with whatever they are getting, because it reflects how either they are working and teaching. I know that the salary is not huge and there are other jobs with higher salary but the important of teachers in SchoolRP is what makes people apply for the job.
OOC:
Out of the character, the teacher should still be a role model to his/her students and be as very very respectful to all others and following the rules.
In the teachers spare time, the teacher can walk do after school classes, they can also go to a local shop and do all legal things that a teacher should do, a teacher can be around 11/7 and answer any needed questions.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
What is a school without teachers? It would not be possible to have the SchoolRP without the role of teachers. They are the centre stage of SchoolRP and without them it would be totally different.
That is the reason why teachers are vital to this server.

The school lesson planning system is MoSCo (Must have, Should have, Could have)

His whole dynasty and family was on business, Kane was taught about the Stock Market and the value of money, he learnt this, but never enjoyed it like his family did. Kane was never going to be a businessman, even though his brothers and father insisted on it. He had other aspirations on becoming something else and changing the tradition. Travelling to Japan, he wanted to become a teacher.
Being aged 28 he is a male at his prime standing at 6'1 with good posture an strong build, blackish and brown hair, and light blue eyes. He weighs 180lbs and is known for being a friendly nice man but he can definitely be very stubborn indeed.
He would wear a rolled up white shirt with a tie and black trousers, combing his hair usually. He is in good health and has never smoken before.
He thinks that his students as his students, people who came to learn on what he has to teach, he wants his students to be attentive in class, and he knows what to do to make them eager on learning about his teachings, what is life without History anyway?
The other teachers are simple to him, colleagues, nothing else, sure he can get into a conversation but he already has his friends and for him, there is no need into getting to know them deeply.
His plans for the future are always open, and he wants a lot of opportunities to come his way.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Kane would walk up to them and ask what they were doing, already knowing what they did, if they lie, it would be detention, if not, a warning would be put.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Kane would think, looking at them and tell them about how more work in class, means less work outside. If they keep on not listening, he would make a class activity to liven them up, however, class activities would be rare as if they continue, more warnings would come, and more homework.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Kane would be calm, open to a conversation, but if not spoken to, he would usually not speak.

Backstory
Kane Shearer is a male that was born in England, Manchester in 1991. His whole dynasty and family was on business, Kane was taught about the Stock Market and the value of money, he learnt this, but never enjoyed it like his family did. Kane was never going to be a businessman, even though his brothers and father insisted on it. He had other aspirations on becoming something else and changing the tradition. Travelling to Japan, he wanted to become a teacher. When he reached the age of 16 his best friend passed away due to a car accident, Kane was distraught and depressed, Mark was only friend and a part of Kane was broken in pieces. He came back a fresh looking teenager ready to learn more. When he did come back it was three years of the same life. When he reached university he thought that History was his life, not economy. Life was tough after University and for 4 years he was struggling, finding finally a job as a substitute history teacher for APUSH in the United States. After this job he quit because he was not teaching enough. He worked at an office for a while to get some money, and he left to Japan.
This is where he is now, Japan, applying for a History job to teach in for a long time in.
