Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I basically come back from school and straight away open my laptop ready to play School RP! I usually get out of school at 3, and play School RP for 7 hours in total because my bedtime is set to 22:00 but on weekends i could stay up. On the other side ig i prepare to go to my college classes, hangout with friends, and just enjoy life in School RP!

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for becoming a teacher is, to make a difference in the lives of as many students as i can, always being a helping hand and one of the main reasons for wanting to teach is devotion to lifelong learning. I think i am not only get to share their existing knowledge, but i can get to dig deeply into topics and learn something new along the way. I would be aware to be responsible to my own classroom also have the opportunity to become an integral part of the community, getting to know parents and community members.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I do indeed, My Roleplay wasn't that great once i joined School RP but whilst in those 3 years of me playing School RP i noticed i have been growing and growing in roleplaying and i believe i could grow my confidence on being a teacher.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, i have. I was constantly going through it before writing this thread up.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs is a system in which other Teacher's keep track of & monitor activities that have occurred in previous classes. This exists because as Teacher's they need to make sure that the students are getting the education that is supposed to be required. It isn't only to keep track of the Student's activities, it is also to keep track if the Teacher's are doing their job and providing good lessons.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: you must fill out the "School Field Trips" section below.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
No talking when the educator is talking
No instant messaging in class
If the student doesn’t do the work then they face a consequence
If half of the students don’t bring their books, then a rule that every student must have a book might be necessary. Allow the students to leave and get the book, but to be in class they must have the book
If students are coming to class late, either take points from their grades or lock the door.
Disrespect will not be tolerated!
Try to speak English as much as possible.
No fighting, chewing gum, bad language, obscene gestures, or cell phones are permitted in class.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I am a College Student, I know what to expect from being a Teacher. I could see how teachers generally act and the way they teach. I would say i am pretty good at grammar and i am not a person who doesn't do realist stuff.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Stands for Head Of Department.HD teachers are responsible to be in charge of the QTLS and the NQT.They basically organize and make plans for classes. They're also the head of subject that they are in.
- QTLS: QTLS teach their own classes. They are above the NQT but below the HD.
- NQT: If a teacher in any subject is absent the NQT will cover they're lesson.

OOC: Teachers in Japan earn from 44,000-250,000 Yen a year. Other countries are different on how much they earn. Teacher's is a very important part of a Student's life. Teacher's develop a Students future.
Subjects in the majority of schools are: English, Math, Science, Geography, History, Humanities, Cultral Studies, Social Studies, PS(H)E, I(C)T, Drama, Art, Physical Education (P.E), Religious Education (R.E), Music, D&T, Media Studies, Construction, etc..
In most schools (that I'm aware of), Teacher's teach their specific subject. Some Teacher's have the privilege to teach more than 1 subject, but most of the time Teacher's only teach one subject. Teacher's are required to give their students the best education that they can possibly provide. Teacher's should not be absent unless there is an important and major reason.
In RP, I understand very well that you must not take a day-off unless you get permission by the Prinicipal and it must be a very important reason. During RP, under no circumstances can you act immature. You must stay mature.
Teachers must be aware if a Student is: failing to cooperate, confused during the subject, not bringing the correct equipment to class, failing to do provided homework or classwork, misbehaving, etc..
If a student is failing to follow a Teacher's rules, they must pay the concequences and the Teacher should assign them a detention or another form of punishment.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Because a great teacher makes learning fun, as stimulating, engaging lessons are pivotal to a student’s academic success. Some students who are more prone to misbehavior, truancy or disengagement are more dependent on an engaging teacher. Making your classroom an exciting environment for learning will hold the students’ fascination, and students learn best when they are both challenged and interested. It’s part of motivating students, which may not be easy, but which will benefit students immeasurably in the long run.

She is an attractive 24 year old, who always wears her Brunette, straight hair, which is always down, sways about when she walks. She would always have a helping hand in art. When she smiles, her orange crush heart shaped lips turns everyones frowns upside down. Her bright blue eyes as the beautiful sky would reflect in the sunlight everytime. She would wear black mini skirts at all times.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would inform the Principal or other staff members in the school immediately as i am aware that this kind of behavior or manner, is not acceptable. I would also "tell them off" and send them to detention if it is needed.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would inform the students telling them to listen as they could learn more to get a good grade. But if they continue not to listen i will inform them 2 times more. If they do not listen by that. I would send them to detention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: I would act Proper. even if some teachers might act like they are having fun. of course i would have fun as well. but I will not get drunk or have cig's and act like i am at a party.

Anabetthe Snow, an attractive, outgoing young woman was born in the area of Brighton in England. She was born in July of 1994. Her childhood was all about education in art. Her parents were always supporting her on her art skills and her GCSES. As a child, Anabetthe was talented in art and always drawing through her lifetime. All her friends would be inspired in her masterpieces of art. Anabetthe attended a good school as her parents had quite a lot of money.
She was always quite quiet as she always would draw in her notebook every single day. Her Art Teachers adored her so much as she was so interested into art.She didnt really ever join any clubs just a little seed of talent grew in her to be so amazing at art.Leaving High School, Anabetthe was planning on to apply to College to improve her art for her future job by studying.Anabetthe's parents supported the fact that she wanted to be a very talented Art Teacher and just wanted the best for their daughter. Once she graduated in 2016, she moved to Japan near an area called Karukura
Before that, she started to draw realistic pictures of humans. She once opened a stand at a festival back then at England an art stand, where she would draw peoples faces. Everyone one was fasinated so Anabetthe earned alot of money from that part-time job.
After working at that festival, she moved to an Art Studio in Japan called "Pate ru Art" located in Brighton, and Now, at the age of 24, she wants to finally complete her biggest dream, of bringing joy to people in Karukura and let the world know that Art is a puzzle piece for a completed life to become an Art-Teacher at Karukura High School, Japan!
