What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I've always been interested in becoming a teacher, I've always used to help my teachers out in class and ask questions about their work. I believe becoming a teacher on the server can help greater understand what it's like to be a teacher. This also gives me the chance to teach people something they didn't know or remind them of something they forgot OOCly and ICly.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I have a vast amount of roleplaying experience.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, I have read the Faculty Handbook when I first become a teacher.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: These classroom logs represent a set of information supplied during each class, with the main focus of refining on the activity that took place in class. The value of the logs come from the need of making sure every teacher is present, making sure they are taking part in their duty, and to reduce the amount of confusion that can appear from such a big list of school employees and making sure they've done their job.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: Firstly, I would first be required to post an application in the "Teachers" forum section, using the format that was given in the Faculty Handbook. Also in the Faculty Handbook are the rules and regulations given, which serve the purpose of elaborating how to run the said trip, which I would follow. Then I'd wait for further instructions on if it can be done or not and then go on from there.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No eating or drinking in class.
2. Put your hand up if you want to speak or answer.
3. Respect for each other and the teacher.
4. No foul language or comments.
5. Stay seated unless asked to stand
Summarize your previous RP experience (both in general and on SchoolRP): I do have a vast amount of experience in roleplaying, most of it being on School Roleplay, but some of it coming from a server whos identity I shall not disclose. Although School Roleplay and the other server have taught me a lot I feel like there is still more for me to learn.

- HD: HD is the head of the department, responsible for making the lesson plans and making the curriculum.
- QTLS: QTLS is qualified teachers in learning skills, being able to host classes without an HD present.
- NQT: NQT's are newly qualified teachers that, who are new to the field and need the HD to host the class.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are there to help prepare students for the future and give them a solid education. When the teachers have spare time on their hands they'd either spend it grading papers or preparing a lesson plan. Teachers make around 30k an OOCly month on the server and teachers generally make 60k a year in real life. There are many ways a teacher can teach like they can be strict or lenient. No one really knows what teachers do in their spare time but they could be reading, grading papers, or etc.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: It's in the name SchoolRP, With school, there should be teachers. The server wouldn’t be much fun or authentic if there were no teachers. Teachers are there to support students and stimulate them with learning, they are a good role model for students. Teachers are there to guide students and help them along their path to adulthood.

He'd see his students as his own children he needs to help grow and guide and he sees the other teachers as friends he can rely on when he needs advice. Mayson is unique because he has this never give up type of attitude and he always wants to help his students whether it's with class or issues at home. He'd be a cheerful and enthusiastic person who is willing to help anyone out but he doesn't tolerate disrespect.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'd walk up to them ask them politely to stop; If they continue to swear I'd give them a warning and if that doesn't work then I'll give them detention.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Well I'll still move on with the lesson and if they refuse to learn then it's their loss and they'll get in for an awakening when quizzed or tested on what they have learned.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He'd either be planning for tomorrow's lesson, grading papers, maybe do a little reading, and He'd talk to some of his co-workers to get some advice.

Backstory
Mayson was born to a Puerto Rican Russian family and at an early age, he would be interested in the culture of his heritage. When Mayson started school he was always interested in history and as he got older he'd find himself more interested in geography because it was challenging for him and he liked that. A couple of years later, Mayson would have an older sister, younger sister and younger brother due to his parents adopting them. Then one awful night His parents were hit by a drunk driver as they were driving on a bridge then they're car went off the bridge and they died. The cops knocked on the door and told them then they were sent into foster care they got to stick together. Mayson and his siblings were sent to a lot of countries due to the foster family moving then abandoned by the family later to keep his mind off of things Mayson would study the geography and language of every place he went. Then one day they were adopted by an old Japanese man who took them in and they moved to karakura with him eventually later on adopting them. they got to keep their last names as Mayson went into his final year of high school he passed his classes with flying colors, especially in his foreign language classes. Mayson had turn 23 when he decided to become a teacher to not just teach kids but also help them in whatever they need even if it's problems at home but then the old man who raised him died in his sleepy and Mayson went into a bit of a slump. After 3 years, Mayson had finally gotten out of his slump and is ready to become a teacher to help students learn and in whatever they need.
