In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Library assistants have various jobs, including, stuff like, organising books, following the Librarian orders, as well as sitting at the front desk waiting to assist students in any way they can!
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
As for ingame, I've been a teacher multiple times on my main. As well as experiencing being served by Library staff.
As for IRL, My mother works as an Library Assistant!~ :D
I've also interned at a State Library

Well, its my third time being a teacher. So there's that
I've been apart of the community since late 2016
Been apart of GangRP and ShopRP
Oh, and I've experienced being a Twelve grader for FOREVER. So- I mean, not worth counting it, but I thought, Why not?
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am very familiar, as i've said earlier, my mum works as a Library assistant (For a real library, not a shitty School Library)
As for inrp, in my teacher character, Declan, one of the Library staff, is one of my friends, I've been around the library a lot, observing the way it works. Usually Declan sits at the front desk waiting to help someone out with a happy face to make sure he looks approachable.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
In my mind, we have the same mindset, I could of gotten a lot better job then working for such arrogant kids.
Now, Libraries are calm places, So I can't go and break that rule, so I'd hide my feelings of anger, I'll then usher the student away, offering a quick detention while im at it.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
(I can't exactly imagine a hazadrous job being given to a Library Assistant)
Though, my character would probably feel like moaning, then realising that its his boss, and he doesn't really want to get fired, so he'd go and do the job, of course attempting at being safe.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I call him over to a corner for a private chat, I explain to him the risks to the students and his wellbeing, I attempt to make him stop, if he does not, then oh well, His not my friend, why should I care about him? I'd rather have a fired idiot then a hired idiot working nearby me at this school...

I've had more experience being an adult as a teacher and as an adult outside of school, I know how to properly roleplay as a teacher as well as understanding SRP from a teacher view.
