Well, I've been on this server since around the beginning of the year of early 2015- beginning of 2016, I've been advancing my roleplay skills since, As a Teacher I got two warnings, For some rules which don't exist any more (Wearing a pokemon skin, For a different server and then coming back and playing with that on, The thing is, theres no skin rules now so.) Back when I was a teacher, I wasn't the best roleplayer, I was slightly immature, when I was a teacher last, But Now I am more serious. I fully understand how a teacher should act icly.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:

Project teacher has inspired me to make this application, Also I saw the thread where Banter talked about having your own house, And I'd love to have my own house, Because when I first became a teacher they had just removed that feature, Which was sad.. But it would be really fun to have a house. I also want to do a more mature role, As i've been stuck as a teenager for a long time.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:

Well, I have been playing since late 2015, I have been a teacher 3 times, So I clearly would know how to teach. I've been a P.E Teacher twice, both of the times I was the HD of Physical Education, which is perfect for me since i've had so much practise being a HD Of P.E

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:

Classroom logs are used to monitor teachers activity rate as well as their monthly paychecks.

1. Make an application
2. Inform Principal
3. Inform them on what it is

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:

1. Come to school prepared and ready to learn, I suspect all of you to have no injuries so that you can contribute to the physical activities required in this class, Or you'll get detention.

2. I will personally take your Electronics and hand it back to you at the end of the day if I even see it, No matter what your doing on it.

3. Yelling and talking is against the rules unless you were told that you were allowed by a TA or a Teacher

4. To bring food to class is not allowed, The only case in which I would allow you to eat food in class is if you were given a note, Preferably from a Docter.

5. I suspect you to be healthy and active during my classes, I will not take or accept excuses like "I'm tired" or "I'm sick".

6. Swearing is extremely offensive and will NOT be tolerated in my class

7. Violence will result in a police officer, Or a higher up (Vice principal(S), Principal(S) ) getting involved.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: They are the Head, they are incontrol of making the curriculm as well as being responsible for the NQT's. Usually the HD's are old.

- QTLS: These Teachers are allowed to teach on their own with full freewill. These teachers have also been teaching for a longer time then the NQT's

- NQT: NQT or Newly Qualifed Teacher means exactly what it abbreviated, This is usually a teacher who has just graduated college, they cannot teach classes without the HD's permission. Usually NQT's are 23-30 years old.. It should also be noted that the majority of the Teachers start out as NQT's.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

Well, Incharacters Teachers have to act a certain way to get things done, for example, a teacher can never be to nice otherwise the students will take advantage of them. But if they are too mean the students will be reluctant to work. They are supposed to keep a legal profile- if they get arrested they will get suspended from their job and will not be allowed the school grounds.

Teachers are they to supply students with an education. Through school, Students learn multiple subjects and life lessons.

In their spare times, Teachers can pretty much do the exact same thing students can, they can date, marry and even have children. The limits to ic experience is the fact that a teacher shouldn't swear inside or outside of school if students are nearby as this spreads around nasty habits and can even get them fired.

As for Salary a teacher gets paid 5k per every five classes. meaning, if you want to make money as a teacher you need to teach more. This incourages teachers to be active

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:

SchoolRP's can't be SchoolRP's without a school, and School's can't be Schools without a teacher, without having teachers it ruins the basis of realism.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:

The schools lesson planning system is as the following. MoSCo (Must have, Should have, Could have)

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?

Shou's would be a very old and wiltered man, he would be seen as inferior in the art of teaching due to his old age but would be respected as an elder. Shou's would spend the last of his days teaching the kids to try and make sure they all achieved amazing life choices. He is seen as a mentor amongst some teachers for his kind and fatherly manner.

He is often wearing a black suit like his son Kyuketsuki vi. Sasori, unlike his son, The Majority of Shou's head is bald, leaving a tiny bit of greasy black hair, which leaves him very little haircut choices. >:(( He has Red contacts due to his elderly eyes. He also carries around a cane to help him walk. He is completely unable to run.

When he was younger he was bullied for looking like a vampire, due to this he often has many stories which he uses to connect to students.

His very unique compared to my last two Teacher characters, for example, both of my last characters, Sam and Kyu were both very mean when it came to teaching compared to what Shou will be.

Shou is in great health due to his family being extremely rich and able to look after him. which is the reason he can still leave the house and teach.

His plans for the future is , when his body finally can't be repaired with family money to settle down and retire.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:

He walks over there slowly, due to him being old, the students, if they wanted to would of had enough time to run away.. Using his nice manner he would try to nicely straighten out their behaviour, the old man would have a skill for stopping kids because the students believe if he gets angry he might have a heart attack. He would always let them off on a warning no matter what as he doesn't want a students life to be ruined.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:

My character has several solutions.

First off he would try to tell them softly to listen to him.

If it doesn't work, he will tell a T.A In the class to try, if that doesn't work his last solution is to fake a heart attack to grab their attention.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:

He would act cheerful and kind, he can't socialise much with them due to his old age so he doesn't attempt to.

Backstory:

Shou was born in Kyoto in 1927 October 13th, He spent his entire childhood being stripped from being a child, his family was extremely powerful in Kyoto and had no time for kids to stay childish, he spend his time without toys, He would be made into an mature adult from a young age... Due to him showing process faster than his Family's other children he was deemed more important, and was thrust apon more roles then any children of his age at the time. Due to the stress, Shou escaped home and the State of Kyoto entirely, settling up in Karakura. Due to his family being rich he had not ever been forced to join the Army during World War 2. This became an issue after he left as he had stopped associating himself with the Sasori name... Japanese soldiers would take him and Shou would fight on the side of the Japanese until the war ended in 1945. After the war,he would help Japan rebuild, He would spend his time being a builder for the government, He would be assigned to rebuilding buildings damaged in the war, like schools or hospitals or city buildings, anything to help damages done by the war. He would finish his education, and get a degree in P.E and Teaching. He would then begin to teach at various different schools in the the whole of Japan, Including places in Kyoto and Kanto for when he was travelling around the Country. He has been teaching ever since 1960's His recent Teaching job is at Karakura as he celebrates his 91th birthday with family who live in KuraKara.
