Still can't use commands

I've been trying for the last year to get my commands to work. I'm assuming it's due to my rank that was given about 3 years ago so?
I can't use /bal, /pay, /spawn or other basic commands. I've asked Duck & other admins via website, discord, and another forum post with little to no response. I don't want to give up because I've liked this server for a long time but it takes the fun away when I'm not able to do basic things and I'm ignored when asking for help. If someone has another way I can reach Duck I'd love help with that.

As I'm sure other staff have mentioned, the only one who has any ability to alter that at the moment - is indeed Ducks. Yes, responses concerning issues that need Ducks are ones in which take longer but we all just have to be patient. There is more than one person dealing with this issue so people are aware.

The issue should be resolved by now
