Out-Of-Character (OOC) Section:

What is your Minecraft Username?: Dostoevskij (I recently switched it from experthorror)

How old are you?: 18

Do you have any previous or ongoing bans?: No.

What country are you from?: Italy

Do you have Discord?: Yes

How long have you played the server for?: Years, but recently I got a pause for giving some important exams. (I have already been a doctor)
List your current and past applications:
  • Application for shop owner - accepted (years ago, sent to duckings in dm and accepted)
  • Application for doctor - accepted (year, then got demoted for inactivity)

What is your motivation for applying?: At first, I have a really huge passion for medicine, and I'm really studying for the admission exams to the medicine university here in Italy. I would love to experience such a roleplay experience. Also, I have already been a doctor on this server last year and I really enjoyed it. I got a little less active when the new hospital was built and so on, but for now till the next year I should be fine with exams and be able to balance them.

What do you know about medical practice?: I know some medical procedures, I can describe fluently enough surgeries but most of all I really know a long list of illnesses. I love watching medicine shows like "Grey's anatomy" or the currently ongoing "the good doctor". I have a good knowledge for playing. I am so aware of this, but there was nothing I could've done to avoid it when I got demoted last time. Now I have more time and I will be active.
Are you aware each position has a minimum age limit? (N: 23, D: 25, S: 28)*
*(Key: N = Nurse, D = Doctor, S = Surgeon)
I am aware of this.
In-Character (IC) Section:

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
How is your character during and off the job? During work, Joh is a good surgeon with a few years of experience and a 93% surgical success rate (one of the most honest). For his professionalism, he appears to be very focused and confident during work, but not very sociable and essential in communications. In the relationship with patients, on the other hand, he is very warm, welcoming, witty and reassuring, he knows how to manage emotionally complicated situations. As for the rest of the staff, the staff may seem distracted during work, but are actually concentrated and do not have time for social interactions with colleagues, if not related to emergencies, interventions or whatever. Outside of hospitals, however, Joh is a friendly and caring sociable person, loves to have fun and to make a good life, when possible.

What do they look like? Jonathan Walker is a tall, thin and elegant thirty-five year old. He often wears a hat for the cold and a suit, even when out of work. Looking at him, he appears straight and solid, often walks with wide legs and always has a straight look. He laughs often and often makes jokes, even cold ones. At work he always seems very concentrated and it seems that what has nothing to do with medicine becomes muffled and useless for him, but in reality he listens and keeps everything for later.

Do they have any mental or physical illnesses? From the medical record it is clear how he suffered, as a boy, from post-traumatic anxiety, after surviving the kidnapping of him and his brothers, all saved later, but months after the trauma he did not report any further episodes.

What makes your character unique? To make my character unique is the great and total dedication to the work that has always characterized him, his blunt arrogance and stubbornness and his intuition, which assist him in succeeding in realizing his dream, becoming an excellent doctor and surgeon.

Jonathan Walker was born in 1985, living as an infant and general's son life during the end of the Cold War. In fact, he and his twins were born in an American embassy in Berlin, being the father a great general of the American army and not wanting to lose his wife, he was able to take her with him and guarantee her a good accommodation, above all safe. Joh and the brothers, from an early age, saw the horrors of war, rifles, shots, the dead, and soldiers. They all remained heavily marked and this had a significant impact on their lives: Thomas became an American activist, politician and senator, fighting for progress, for peace and for justice and respect for human rights; Frank continued his father's military career, while Jonathan was particularly marked by a scene he saw in 1899, just four years old, at the foot of the notorious wall and at the dawn of his fall. Joh walked through Berlin with his mother when a man accidentally pushed them and started running towards the border, then there were ten men and women. Everyone looked at a man who seemed to have passed the wall, a hero, an patron. However, the military was only making fun of him, shortly after a troop in fact quartered him. But the thing that surprised everyone was the fact that nobody could take a step to save him, not even a doctor. So that man died in a devastating agony of pain and entreaties. Hence his desire to help, to take a step forward. Having moved to California with his family at ten, Jonathan already has plans to become a doctor, and is studying for college. He graduated with honors from UCLA, but was unable to pass the exam for admission to Cardiac Surgeon, all due to a data error in the system, which had lost his request. He then specialized in neurosurgery, and his first real intervention, after years of training and specialist, was at the New York hospital, where his aunt operated, who suffered from a rare form of tumor, a glioblastoma, managing to save her with a alternative surgical technique. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to deputy head of department, but after two years, at the age of 32, he moved to Japan, Tokyo, for career reasons. Here he attended as a specializing a private hospital, where he operated several patients by refining his techniques and merging them with Japanese and oriental practices, only safe and not rituals, which are spreading thanks to the Japanese and foreign minds gathered during this specialization course. However, he needs serenity and is looking for a place to cultivate a safe career and where he can help.
