My motivation is that I have only seen a few lessons in the middays and I feel like this can be changed, so Europe people can have classes too. Next I love history and I would like to learn people more about that subject.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs are important, because students which aren't able to come to the classes still know what has been going on in class. Also students who were at class can read the classroom logs so they can recap on the lesson.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I will discuss with the School director and School council if it is possible to start a field trip, if this is possible I will find a company or place to have the fieldtrip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- Don't start private conversations during class time
- Don't trade during a class.
- Don't perform unofficial duties during working hours without permission.

I have been roleplaying on a Dutch medieval server which was recorded on youtube called "Kingdom 1" next to that I have been roleplaying on some creative servers which were various roleplays including HS rps where I was a teacher some times.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD:
The Head of Department is the boss off a certain class, They make sure everything goes alright and accept new teachers to the team.
- QTLS:
The QTLS is a normal teacher, just above NQT, but more experienced and has more things to say than a NQT.
- NQT:
This rank is a new teacher to the school and they are in training to become a better and more experienced teacher.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teacher serve the purpose to give classes and make sure there is something to do at school, besides that they organize field trips. Teachers teach by doing actions with /me. Such as writing on the board and handing out assignments, next to that they give explanation about assignments en topics by chatting in chat. In their spare time they check assignments and tests and get grades for those assignments.
The salary a teacher gets is 250k yen for 15 classes, in case they give more classes they get another 50k yen.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Because classes must be given and otherwise the schoolrp wouldn't be a schoolrp, but a town roleplay. Next teachers are important to learn students things so they can make use of it in the roleplay world.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
They plan a lesson in their own free time and place this in an shared spreadsheet so teachers can know when a specific class is already happening.

Tyler is a 32 year old male, who has brown hair with glasses. He is unique because he is interested in the social sciences in history too besides history next to that he also is open to talk to students about problems they might have at school. His outlook on students is chill, but some may think he isn't that chill because they aren't listening to him. Tyler is a nice, outgoing, helpful and chill teacher which plan for the future is to live in a warm country where he can enjoy the rest of his life with his family and watch movies every night. The teachers may think Tyler is too nice against students, and that he should give students more homework.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I will give them detention and report them to the Principal or School Council
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I yell that they have to focus on class instead of not listening to a word and that I will be expelling students if they don't pay attention to class.

My character acts chill and is very helpful and nice to anyone really.

Backstory
At 8th of August 1978 Tyler was born in Paris where he lived a good life as student and as party-animal.
Tyler loved being at parties, However his main priority was school where he was part of the Soccer and Volleyball team.
He went to High school in 1990 where he was a good student at History and Geography. Actually Tyler was a good student overall.. like said before he was even participating in after school activities like Sports, Music, Musicals and many more.
He got his certificate very easily and school was not hard for Tyler to start on. However college was a rough time for Tyler as he made friends and started doing less homework. This made him aware of the fact that homework has to be done, however he doesn't give much homework for students to make. Because he knows that homework can be boring and long-winded Tyler usually gives enough time to the students to make their homework assignments during class. He does this because he didn't like homework that much too. After school Tyler loved hanging out with friends, going on fieldtrips and going to the beach where he swimmed a lot besides the fact that he was in the swimming team he trained a lot for every sport, because he was a motivated teenager who loved sporting, Fieldtrips and activities. You may ask why but teenagers in his times didn't have all those game consoles yet, so he spent the most of his childhood without phone, game console or computer. He loves to look back on that time since teens were outside even more than they are outside at this century.
After all Tyler was living a good life and wants to make sure his students are making the best of their lifes too.
