Do you understand that most answers are found in the role-play documents?: Yes

Describe your activity on the server: To provide organised entertaining, interesting, and educational lessons for players in a role-play environment.

Do you have TeamSpeak3/Discord?
Yes

Do you have a microphone?
Yes

List your current and past applications:

What is your motivation for applying?: To have a fun time role-playing on the school roleplay server in a new way, and to support the server; I don't see many teachers on that much. I want to make a difference.

Have you read the mega thread for Teachers?
No. The Megathread is inaccessible from what I know.
Have you read https://schoolrp.net/index.php?threads/teacher-code-of-conduct.1038/ ? Yes.
Have you read https://schoolrp.net/index.php?threads/faculty-handbook.1981/ ? Yes.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?: I would fill out a field trip application here > https://schoolrp.net/index.php?threads/field-trip-applications.3750/

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:

- Utilise common sense.
- Maintain a proper attitude.
- Protect the rights of the children.
- Aim to provide a premium education.
- Teacher CoC, sections; 1.5, 1.6, section 2 (all), 3.5, 3.7, 3.12.

Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I've been an active member of schoolRP for over a year, Including myself in a variety of roles. I have role-played as a student, a college student, and primarily as school caretaker/janitor; holding experience in a wide range of situations.

List the ranks of teachers, starting from the bottom leading to the top:
- Trainee
- NQT
- QTLS
- HD

Have you read & understood the megathread that is in Roleplay Documents > Teachers? There is no Megathread, from what I know of.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
If this application is accepted, I'm going to set a new attitude for teaching on the server. When I log on and check tab I only see one or two teachers on at a time, granted there is nothing much that I can do about players not applying, but the teachers that are registered are not as active as they could truly be.
I would start my first lesson on period one - Yes, the first period is designated for assemblies and registration, but they are never used. It's just another excuse for teacher players to avoid a role they themselves have chosen - I would put that time to use; filling the day as much as I possibly could. Hell, maybe people see it done, they might even start applying for the teacher rank again.

KNOWLEDGE

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.

- Teachers in-game and out of game share no difference, they are there to provide a good education for students as best they can. Salaries can range anywhere from Y300000 at the lowest of ranks, to around Y400000. Very high ups can often earn around Y800000 to Y1200000 a year (Principles, etc.)

- Teachers should teach with enthusiasm as much as they can. Teachers can easily give a student the wrong idea on a subject by being extremely excited, or annoyed. So the teacher should try to engage the students as one of their top priorities, entertaining them with the subject at hand, giving them opportunities to get involved with the class.

- Outside of the classroom/work, teachers are just like normal people. They enjoy things just like any other worker would at any other job. Granted they do a lot of marking at home/in their free time, but in general, they enjoy their lives like any other person.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: They support the goals of the server; entertaining/teaching players in a school role-play environment. Without them, schoolRP has no purpose other than to hotspot the shops, gang roleplay, and unnecessary drama.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

Trainee -

Trainees are not expected to be qualified teachers until the end of their training, they need to experience the tones and triumphs of learning to teach and prepare planning, the organization of work, evaluation and evaluation in a supportive and difficult and the school environment. The idea is that trainee teachers gradually take on more responsibility over time.
They cannot start lessons themselves, and bust have a higher ranking teacher watching their lessons, they also tend to sit in on the lessons of QTLS and HD teachers and must have QTLS's/ HD's sit in on their lessons to make sure they are doing it right.

NQT, Newly Qualified teacher -
Newly qualified teachers are those who have gained Qualified Teacher Status but have not yet completed the statutory twelve-month programme known as the induction for newly qualified teachers. So they can still teach just the same as a fully qualified teacher, but they must follow the lesson plans that are already set out for them by their higher-ups - just like a qualified teacher.

QTLS, Qualified Teacher Learning and skills -
QTLS status means that you are a fully qualified teacher. You can teach but must follow the lesson plans provided by the HD. You can now let trainees in your class and you can watch over the classes of trainees.

HD, Head of Department -
The Head of Department teacher is in charge of the whole of a subject, its finances and examinations. Not many get to Head of Departments, as it requires a lot of diligence and skill. Not to mention a large pay rise; only the worthy are worthy of.
HD is the highest rank that you can get, aside from Principal, vice, assistant, etc. So you'd also be in charge of all new teachers training, inductions, etc. Any proposals put through your department would be put through the HD firsts.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
MoSCo.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?

- My character

- Appearance – Aron is 5,11” tall, Brown hair and eyes and weighs 178lbs. He is very pale with sharp features; tends to have a clean shave or a kept, short, beard. He walks tall, like someone who has a goal or a recent accomplishment, smiling most of his day – he makes life look good when he is around.
- Uniqueness/personality – What makes Aron different from most people, is his attitude – in a way, it defines him. He doesn’t give in to weak and easy mindsets. He is well aware of how easy it is to let the bland and mundane become part of himself and he walks tall from it, he sees the good in most of the people he meets, and the bad. To Aron, life isn't about winning, losing, being successful or resourceful, careful or bashful. Life to him is about doing what he thinks is right.
- Outlook on students – Aron sees students an opportunity. He was given a rich education, that brought him higher, he wishes to provide an even richer education for his students.
- Outlook on Teachers – Aron sees teachers as the hands that mould clay. Teaching is vital to him, he believes that all teachers should be passionate about their roles. And that they should provide for students in every way that they can.
- Plan – Aron's ambitions are straightforward: He plans to teach for the rest of his life. Nurturing the young is what he does best, he sees it as the best way to make a difference; the best way to live his life.

SCENARIOS
- You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would strongly encourage them to act accordingly and lecture them on how important it is to maintain a good impression when in and out of school, etc.
- No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?I'd take note of what I had done to make my class so boring and then improve for the next class I. But for the time being, I'd assert my authority as best I could over the students and request particularly disruptive students be removed from the classroom.
- When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?My character would mark classwork, prepare/plan his next lessons, drink coffee/tea/water/etc. Converse with other teachers/employees, etc.
