- HD: Are the leaders of of teaching and are in charge of QTLS teachers and NQT teachers.
- QTLS: Are qualified teachers who are allowed to teach classes on their own.
- NQT:Are new teachers who have to get permission from a HD to be able to teach a class.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:Because there is no school without teachers.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:The lesson planning system is a MoSCo system (Must have, Should Have, Could Have).

Scarlet Akumi comes from a rich family that live in New York and they own quite a bit of Property around america.She would be 5'2 and would have long blonde hair she would normally wear dresses where ever she goes and has brown eyes and would normally being wearing some sort of colored heels.She also loves to wear dresses that have colored flowers on them that would give her clothing style an extra touch.She would also have a scar on her left cheek from when she was in a accident as a kid.
She Would always bee seen hanging out with her little brother Star and she would also sometimes be caught out in public hanging out with her friends that she met when she moved to Japan.She would alot of times be seen helping out at the local library where in her spare time she stocks shelves and keeps up with paper work in the office.
She would never have problems making friends she is always willing to help out someone in trouble and would always greet them with a welcoming smile and she would offer out her hand to greet them with a firm handshake.She would me a kind gentle person who would never have enemies.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:I worn them 3 times then call a mod or admin etc..
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:If no one was listening in my class at all I would get the help from the Principal or Vice-Principal and I would also start by handing out Detentions slips and depending on the situation I would probably give them a bad grade for that day.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:I get friends and talk about today classes
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:While in the teachers lounge I would try my best to make friends and get along with all the teachers as all teachers should try to get along as they are all trying to acompolish the same task by teaching the students most of the time my character would be planning a lesson for there next class.
/me He would open up the text book to page 424 and start reading the importance of Art
/me He would Begin to paint a picture and have the student follow along
/me He would ask the students to pull out a notebook and pencil and sketch a photo of there favorite food
/me he would take away the phone from the student who was being disrupting to the class.
/me He would ask students to write a Draw a portrait of someone they care about
