I am very supportive and friendly and am often helpful. I normally come on after I have completed my school work so I coem on at around 4pm, but I can sometimes come on earlier. I use to work in the Suoobway with snickersbar_ and with other teachers. However I created another character so I could become the teacher I always dreamed about.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation is really my friends and my passion to share my collected knowledge with the future minds or tomorrow. A lot of my friends on this server became teachers themselves or are teachers. My other motivation is because I would like to become a teacher as my career in real life. my other motivation is make learning and lessons fun for students.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The classroom logs is the teacher roster and it tells you what has happened or is going to happen in a lesson. It is very important because if teachers need to remind themselves what there doing they can look at the logs, also it shows you are a active teacher so there for you don't get demoted
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would make a application to the princepal about the field trip and what will hopefully happen. I will also get the children who would like to attend this trip a letter to take home to there parents or guardians to get consent for them to coem off school grounds at school times. If it gets accepted i go forward with the plans, however if declined I will have the class do normal work.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
The rules are:
1. No electronics and if seen the student will recieve a warning and if seen again it will be consficated
2. No food or drink in the classroom if seen the student will be told to put it away.
3. Bad behaviour or rude language will not be tolerated at all.
4. Repect the teacher.
5. if you wish to speak then you shall raise your hand
if the students break any of these rules they will recieve one warning and if they break another or the same rule then it will be a detention.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
Most of my time roleplaying has been spent on SchoolRP either in school or lessons or hanging out with friends doing homework. Some of my previous chracters have been in situations where they have been injured or involved with gangs, however my new character will not be.

A teachers job is to educate children or younger minds with there collected knowledge and help children and younger minds furfill there dream careers or get them jobs they always wanted. A teacher should always help students or children in general in any situtation. a teacher in there spare time should be preparing lessons and making sure everything is ok. once a teacher has completed that they should feel free to enjoy themselves but make sure they get using drugs or alcohol before or after lessons or at all.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are really important to SchoolRP well simple, its a school roleplay server and without teachers it wouldn't be a school.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would imediatly stop them from what there doing and take them into a detention and if they refrain I will ask for senior staff to get involved
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If nowone is listening I will yell at them all to get quiet and if they still don't keep quiet then I will keep the whole class in for as long as there noisy and until there quiet then they can go
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
William would get on with the work he needs to get done and if something disturbed him (e.g. noisy corridors full of students) he would come out of the lounge and investigate.

Backstory
William Tanaka and he originates from Germany. His farther was ona business trip in Japan and madly fell in love with a lovely young japanease woman. After his business trip he took him and his pregnant wife to germany. From growing up in Germany for a few years William learnt german and japanease. he had a wealthy childhood and had a very good school life. He went to many private school and private tutors to thrive his learning abilities. After his farther died he came to Japan and kept speaking german in his farthers memory. He graduated from his schools he attended and went to a university in England and thats where he learnt English aswell. He recieved his teaching qualifications and started teaching at small schools in the countryside teaching chemistry. Then after teaching in the countryside he moved to the town where his mother grew up in Karakura, and wanted to teach there.
