As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: Teacher CoC, sections; 1.5, 1.6, section 2 (all), 3.5, 3.7, 3.12.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have a lot of experience in the following;
  • Student.
  • College student.
  • Caretaker - 12 months.
  • Teacher - 17 Months.
  • Vice-Principal - Around a year.
I have no other summary of my experience than evidence of the time I have put in.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD: Has been a teacher for a while. Runs department and manages staff under the department. A good HD will have good management over their department/subject and will most likely have proven this in order to get HD.

- QTLS: Ordinary teacher. has been a teacher for a while. They are not HD either due to their lack of time put into being a teacher or they have failed to prove themselves. Most Qualified teachers will have proven themselves to be good teachers in order to get this rank, as long as the people who promote them manage them well.

- NQT: New teacher. Just got the rank probably; will probably quit after a month or so. This is the starting point of becoming a teacher. NQTs are not expected to provide much other than their target of 15 classes per month.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.:
Teachers in-game are meant to fill up the school and make it active whilst providing something that's good/no destructive to roleplay for a lot of the players.
In the real world, teachers are here to provide young people with the basic knowledge on how to get by in the world for when they leave school; some subjects will have further opportunity for people to do things along that line in life (eg: science, art, music, etc.) but most are just to give you the basics (eg: English, Maths, ICT, etc.)

In-game, the teacher salary depends on how much they teach that month - having met their quota, they'd get their wage along with any bonus if they teach more than their quota.
In the real world, teachers are paid little to have a family, but enough to get by, and plenty of holidays - their bad wages are why they're always kicking off and going on strikes, and stuff like that.

As for the way teachers teach,
In-game, teachers mostly just do their required number of lessons in order to get paid, without trying to piss off their boss. They're often unproductive, often due to their lack of a backbone/commitment to their classrooms.
Their spare times are usually spent doing other kinds of RP. This can range from GangRP to super-duper-seriousRP, with plenty of middle ground. Teaching leaves lots of free time to do what you want, so most players will spend their time doing what they would do if they were not a teacher when off-duty.
In the real world, teachers typically attempt to achieve the best grades for their students. This is either because they have a quota to meet, their boss is on their ass, or they're just decent. They have a lesson plan 90% of the time and will tend to follow the MoSCo lesson planning structure because it works.
Teachers in their spare time mark students' work and live their lives as normal/depressed.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: They are meant to be what makes the school active. without them, there are no lessons, without lessons, there are no students in the school, without students in the school there is basically no school, without a school the server isn't really schoolRP.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
MoSCo
Teachers must always have a lesson plan ready in case someone else needs to take control over their class - if they are sick for an example - failure to have a lesson plan under MoSCo should result in a demotion, due to their professional incompetence.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?

The character I will be playing will be a teacher who spends his free time planning lessons and reading newspapers because he is insanely boring. He'd be an average looking Japanese man with, dull, dark-brown hair and a dull suit to match. His uniqueness is defined by his boring personality. He sees students (teaching students) as simply his job. As for other teachers, he'd be professional and only talk to them about boring things such as the weather or the comparison of the price of fuel at gas stations. As said before he's a boring person, there really isn't any use in getting to know him. And his plans for the future are to continue teaching up until he is ready to retire.

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Yell at them. Because it works. A teacher should always make it clear that they are not to be trifled with and if they are they should be known to be awkward and unswayed. "Because I said so" if they argue back usually works.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Teach better. A good class keeps players entertained enough in itself. If this fails to work in the instance, I'd use /class kick to remove people if it were absolutely necessary.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Professional and without much difference from how he'd act in a classroom or any other room. If he speaks to other teachers in the teacher's lounge, the conversation is always dry.
Time spent in the teacher's lounge would most likely be used as a preparation/lesson planning.

Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me Writes date on the blackboard.
/me Hands out worksheets.
/me Slams fist on the desk.
/me Paces slowly past students to make them feel uneasy.
/me Rips up student's work.

/me Writesa student's suggestion on the blackboard.
/me Tucks chairs in once students have left the classroom.
/me Reads his newspaper whilst students work in silence.
/me Taps fingers on the desk.
/me Clears his throat.
/me Looks out of the window.

/me Does a headcount.
/me Limbers up.
/me Opens window.
/me Hushes chattering students.
/me Gets some fresh paper from the printer.
/me Folds his arms and stares at students as they work.
/me Numbers each student into separate groups
/me Points to the sign that would read 'No swearing' on the classroom wall.

Backstory
John Smith was born in Takashima, Japan. John was an only child and attended the most local schools to his home up until University, where he moved to Nagahama to study Maths and English. During this time, John spent most of his days as a child/teen, playing football with his friends and doing his homework - taking a 2 week-long holiday each summer break with his family - his early years in life were very ordinary.

At the age of 20, when he got into Nagahama university. John found searching for a future career awkward at this age. He did not want to do anything useless - such as working as a journalist, for example, - and didn't want to do anything reckless or stupid such as working as a police officer. John decided that he would undergo training to become a teacher, because, those who cannot do teach. He found the studies for it fairly simple and ordinary, which fit in well with his current life. It was during this time - when undergoing training at a kindergarten - he met his soon to be wife.

John worked in many different school environments throughout his early years as a teacher and even taught in a University. He found that teaching was always very understandable and a stable job to work. He continued to always take a 2 weeks holiday in the summer holidays and read his paper every morning. He took walks and marked homework regularly and spent his Sundays with his beloved wife. This routine went on right up until the present.

Some might find John's lifestyle and work to be boring and mundane. But to John, it is the perfect job, as he is a very boring person. He does not see himself as boring because he enjoys his life very much and does not like things that are pointless to his life, such as having niche hobbies, or even hobbies at all for that matter, and keeps that part of life contained and simple.

- Outside of this application I know you would do a wonderful job at this position, however, the application lacks effort and it's clear. I'm sure it's meant to be short and sweet, however, there needs to be more effort directed towards several areas in this application. I'll give you until the end of the week to make any necessary updates.

I look forward to any additions if you choose to do such.
