How often do you log onto the server?: im on the server every day or every other day for about 6 hours

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have never been banned and id prefer not to be any time soon
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I will come online as often as possible. If I’m not online, then I’m with family or something is going on, other than that ill be getting on as much as I can.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I am fully aware that I can be ICly fired and ill do my best to prevent it.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Teacher assistants reinforce lessons given by the teacher(s) by reviewing materials with students to make sure they understand it, along with assisting them if they need the extra help when a teacher is with another student or not in the room and a question is asked. Teacher Assistants help monitor classrooms and calculate grades. In some cases, they can be instructed to watch the class while the teacher is away, though it does not happen often. A teacher assistant may be a helping hand by disciplining a student while the teacher is busy.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Not exactly, I haven't been able to do much of this sort of roleplay in a while and I've been a teacher on another server but the stress wasn't as insane as it is on SRP, I've looked and watched on how a teaching assistant acted and im sure its not all that hard so I want to give it a go.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been roleplaying for about 6 or 7 years now and I've been all over the place with roleplaying and finding what areas in roleplay I fit in best.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Most of what a Teacher Assistant does was said above, but they’re mainly there for a helping hand to the teacher(s). If they are needed to discipline a student or watch over the classroom while the teacher is busy, they will do so. And of course, they prepare materials needed in the class.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: id keep a calm composure and let them know im only doing my job and that they should refrain from assaulting anyone higher up than them, same goes in a classroom.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: first, I’d look into the job and get to know the job well before I go into action. Once I understand the job I would get down to business and do what he or she has asked of me as soon as I can.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would kindly ask for that person to stop because as someone or themselves could get injured and or their job could be at risk. If they were to ignore my warning and continue with their unprofessional behaviour, I would have to get the Principal or any other higher-ups to get involved and try to sort things out.

The motivation for Joining YHS: My main motivation for joining YHS is to simply help out whenever I can. I have noticed when I attended YHS that students often misbehaved, and teachers had been so busy with trying to keep the chaos under control, that sometimes nothing was taught during the period. Im great at coping through challenges and I want to make sure that the students get help when they need it, and teachers get the time they deserve in order to educate the class. Allowing for both a calm school day and less stress on the teacher's shoulders

Why should you be accepted over other applicants?: I believe I should be chosen over other applicants because I am an understanding person and im good at listening making sure I understand the situation completely before I move into any other actions that could be rash, but I can be head-on when I need to, to show the students whos older and has a bit more authority than them. Students can get out of control very easily, and I can ensure that I will try my very best to get their behaviour in check, especially in a class with a teacher if it’s needed. Not only that, but complete whatever the teacher in charge needs me to do, such as setting up the classroom before the period begins, as long as they give me what is necessary for me to help. A lot more can be done during the period with a responsible teacher assistant.
