During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would tell them stop using that language here I would scream at them and Tell Them Get up And Get out.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would do because I don't wanna be fired.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would be scared and I will get every staff to help me

Motivation for Joining YHS: Ever since I was a child I always had a passion for being a teacher assistants and the complex job they do. They are often regarded as insignificant compared to the teachers,however the way they support the less able to students really motivated me to up a job in the field

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: i am passionate for the students I care for, I want them to succeed no matter what their life may throw at them. I have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of such as students who may of not had the best start in life
