In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Teacher's Aides are called many things depending on the school or district. They can be referred to as teaching assistants, TA, instructional aides, and paraprofessionals.
Teacher's Aides are typically found in elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and special education centers. They have many roles in the classroom and often do tasks like attendance, assisting students, grading, leading small group instruction, supervised field trips, and preparing classroom materials.
Teacher's Aides typically have certain qualities that will make them effective in their jobs. These include flexibility while they assist the teacher in their duties. Dependability because the teachers will rely on them time and time again. Communication as they interact with the teacher and students throughout the day. Finally, a love for learning and children because they must value education, and enjoy helping and working with kids.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No, but I will learn it very fast how to roleplay as a teacher assistant.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have roleplayed as a high school student for 2 years and I have been a college student for 1 and a half years now.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: A teaching aid’s job is to support the teacher, and help along with the lesson. Teaching aids as well may take a small group of children aside to help them if they are struggling with the lesson. They also may answer questions students may have during the lesson that is taking place. Just like the main teacher they may help students with classwork and such.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: If a student starts cursing at me for being pathetic, I would ask them first to calm down and stop cursing. If that doesn’t work, if not I would try to take it to the Principal or Vice-Principal.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: If I was doing a hazardous job which is requested by the School Principal, I would question him on why I have to do this, and I would ask what type of equipment I may need to do this job. Depending on this job, I will do it, if it is hazardous enough to risk my own life, I would have to try to politely deny his request for doing this hazardous job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If an employee is doing something very dangerous on the job, I would ask them if they had permission to do that. If they did not have permission to do that, I would tell them to stop immediately doing it. If they kept on doing that, I will tell the Principal or Vice-Principal quickly to stop them.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My Motivation for joining the YHS is because I want to help the children who may have learning disorders or learning problems because these problems and disorders are not their faults and they cannot control these issues themselves. I wish to better the community and raise some well-educated students and put them out into the world.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I should be accepted over the other applicants because ever since I was younger I wanted to help children who may have problems within the classroom, but I would rather not become a teacher so I believe that becoming a Teacher Assistant would be the next best thing for me to help these children.
