In this application, the role I am applying for is a teaching assistant
How often do you log onto the server?:
I usually try to log on whenever possible during the school week for the duration of a few hours, even though this isn't always possible given schoolwork and such. I am almost always able to log on during the weekends.
Do you have discord?
Yes, I do. My discord tag is Ahe3#9134. I am relatively active on discord and a response can be expected from me in a timely manner, of course given my timezone I may not always be available though, for the most part, I should be capable of being contacted.
Do you have a microphone?
Yes, I do. I assure you that I own a microphone that is perfectly capable of allowing me to communicate with others through voice channels, calls and anything of the likes.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
As far as I am aware, I have never been banned and neither do I plan on being banned anytime soon. As for kicks/warns my history is completely clean.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
As stated above, I'm not always able to get on during the school week however I always make an effort to log on during the weekends on my main account Ahe3 and my alternative account Ahe4.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, I do and have taken note of such a fact. I am aware that both my in character as well as my out of character actions can weigh in on whether or not I am liable to demotion.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The position teaching assistant accompanies a multitude of responsibilities, for example, they are to provide aid to the teacher of which they are stationed in the classroom. They are to persistently assist with the disciplinary factor which often finds itself in such an environment.
More often than not the students can be found causing problems that disrupt the flow of the lesson. To avoid these possible disruptions a teaching assistant can help greatly by approaching students and attempting to defuse their attitude.
Furthermore, a teaching assistant has the capability to oversee possible lesson plans and even on occasion can be permitted to indulge in the teaching aspect. Overall teaching assistants are to generally assist in monitoring, disciplining and generally speaking assisting teachers during class and other class-related activities.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
As of current, I do not have any experience in this kind of roleplaying, though this may sound discouraging to the reviewer of this application. I believe this can percieved as a learning experience. Given this, I think that this could be utilized as a means of motivation to strive and perform well in this duty.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In general, I have heaps amount of roleplay experience seeing as I had previously played on SRP back in the year 2015, before taking a break and playing on a medieval roleplay server for a while and joining a few discord roleplay groups, then returning to SRP in the early summer of 2019.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
As stated above, a teaching assistant's job is to help monitor the class, discipline misbehaving students who disrupt the teacher while teaching and assisting teachers during their tasks when needed. Overall the main role of a teaching assistant is to aid the teachers.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
First of all, I'd calmly ask the student to calm down and speak more appropriately to understand them better before asking them exactly what their issue is and why they were acting that way. Though if they refuse to stop their cursing, I would inform a vice principal.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I'd first question them on why they thought I'd be capable of doing such a dangerous task in the first place, then follow it up with what exactly the job requested entailed. In the end, I would always agree to carry it out as long seeing as it was what was asked of me.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would first stop them and ask them why they were doing what they were doing and ask them if they thought it was appropriate in an attempt to dissuade them from doing said dangerous thing and/or acting out of order. However, if their behavior persists and they refuse to stop such an activity, I would report it to a vice-principal as soon as possible.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My drive for joining Karakura Highschool is fleshed out into multiple factors, this, for example, is the fact that I believe that I have evident experience in disciplining teenagers who are more often than not occasionally prone to cause trouble to both school employees and their fellow peers. Moreover, I believe that my work ethic lies in compassionate dedication which I believe is an attribute that Karakura highschool could certainly benefit from greatly. To finalize my answer to this question, I find that I greatly admire the school for its acclaimed great educational contribution to Japan. The position that I am applying for in this application: Teaching Assistant, is a job of which I am thoroughly capable of maintaining as well as performing exceedingly well in, a factor which I think should be taken into consideration.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Though I highly doubt I will be chosen over other applicants, I would say one thing that speaks positively about the idea of choosing me for the role of teaching assistant is the amount of motivation and passion I have for the occupation. Seeing as I enjoy helping and working with others as well as working in an academic field I believe the role of teaching assistant would be a good match for me.
