Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: My activity on the server is daily, with at least 5+ per day, the only reason I wouldn't join is if I have exams or a very big test I'd need to study for. I check the forums weekly for any rule changes and to see if anyone I know is applying and from time to time I find people to talk to in the forums. My playtime on srp is around 54+ days.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: It is quite simple actually, I just can't help but admire this profession and by that, I don't mean for any perks that I might have, but because its a way to express yourself, maybe help other people do so by creating an environment suitable for that to happen. Now I know that it very hard to accomplish but as far as I can remember, all the teachers I have met, whether I was a student or an employee had something special which I can not exactly point out, maybe its how they can create bonds so easily, I always was a social person and that hasn't changed but, sometimes I feel like I am not confident enough, but when you are a teacher its a completely different point of view. People know that your goal is not to succeed, but to create a better tomorrow for our society.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I do have experience in roleplaying, biggest part of that experience being studentRP, but with no doubt, the best role play experiences happened when I was (and still am) a school employee, apart from that my role playing didn't really expand much, due to me never getting accepted into any other job but that is not important right now. Of course, you probably know from the last application I used to gangRP, for a long time actually, at least until the new rules were implemented. I couldn't stand the toxicity so I left it all behind.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The class logs are similar to the school employee logs and the "quotas" from the hospital. These logs are critical to the functionality of the school, they are used to monitor students' behavior but also to view how a teacher can overcome the obstacles that they have to face to achieve a peaceful class. Of course, they are also used to keep track of the teacher's progress which important none the less.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: The first action would be to inform the Vice/Principal describing the trip and its purpose and how it would help my students get better in my subject. Field trips aren't just days to sit back and relax, students must observe closely, of course, I don't say it will not be entertaining for the students, but knowledge comes before entertainment
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- You are to raise your hand if you wish to speak.
- The usage of phones is prohibited, however, they may remain open during class.
- No eating/eating/chewing gum or consuming anything for that matter. You are allowed to drink water if it is for prescripted medication.
- No yelling or whisper or anything that might distract your classmates.
- Respect everyone who is inside the classroom.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
SchoolRP experiences: Starting from studentRP which was my first interaction with other people on the server, moving down the path to unfortunately gangRP which took a very big portion of my career as a roleplayer , after that I realized that gangRP isn't really my thing after all (go figure-) and
decided to take a more peaceful route, beginning my life as a school employee, which leads me in the last phase of my journey, at least for now, familyRP which without any doubts was wonderful while it lasted and it shows how one server can vary from just one topic of roleplay.
In general: Apart from schoolRP I haven't played on any other servers, apart from one that wasn't exactly roleplay but more like a city life server and was really lacking in quality.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of the Department. They are the top of their department, thus meaning that they are the ones in charge of the curriculum of their subject, any events that have anything to do with their subject as well as the teachers who teach said subject.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills. These are the teachers who have been working at the school long enough and have sufficient skills.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher. These are the new teachers who have just started their careers, they are just started to evolve their personality equipping themselves with new skills that will be beneficial to them.

Teachers carry the biggest responsibility, to equip our children with knowledge and skills while also showing them how to behave in the outside world. Of course, they play a huge role in how a student's personality develops.
A teacher's salary is around 200,000Y - 250,000Y if they manage to teach 15 classes within a month they get 200,000Y plus an extra 50,000 bonus if they manage to get 5 more classes in said month.
Every teacher has her/his own unique way of teaching, some prefer a more "bold" way of teaching while others spice things up a little bit. How a teacher will teach is decided by them after they calculate every one's learning abilities or in some special cases, teachers have one way of teaching without taking the time to investigate a little bit. Of course, not everyone is like that, some people take the time and look into their students' abilities and prepare the perfect circumstances for them to be comfortable and ready to learn. Because of everyone's unique personalities and learning abilities its difficult to do so but if you at the end of the day its all for them, so they may bring a better tomorrow on this cold world.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are the single most important role on a SchoolRP server, simply because everything revolves around them, they are the key to a school's success and they hold the future of the students.
Think about the school ecosystem, as a functioning car, the principal and the main office is the steering wheel taking the decisions, the students are the wheels that push forward and the teachers are the engine, as a car can't move without an engine, a school can't function without teachers.

Christopher Augoust, would be a tall male standing around at 6'3 feet tall with blonde hair and bright light blue eyes. He would have a good build with semi-caramel colored skin and would smell like exotic fruit. His voice would be deep but soothing with a kind tone.
Chris, as others call him, has always a positive attitude, even though he sometimes chooses to keep it to himself. He is a man that sticks to his plan, he loves planning out what to do and he always sticks to his schedule no matter what. Even though he is serious most of the day he truly is energetic and very productive while always being glad to assist in any way he can.
He likes being around his students and hearing their thoughts and opinions on various matters while encouraging them to pursue their dreams, no matter what it takes. If he finds out that one of his students is underperforming he will talk to them and try to figure out why that's happening and how to help them. he truly believes in others, he believes that every student has the power to succeed, some just don't want to use it or they don't dare to do so, so Chris is here to lay down the foundations and show them what they can really do.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would try to approach them as close as possible to confirm that they are using foul language. if they are I would tell them that they are in school grounds and they should respect the rules and stop talking with such an unnecessary language if they continue I will threaten them with a trip to the Vice principal's office and then detention, if that doesn't work either I will contact the vice principal immediately and then further actions will be taken.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would grab a pack of paper and hold it near my chest and with a high tone, I would say "Now let's see what you've learned today with a little practice test" some students are of course going to beg me not to write a test because they didn't understand everything I said, I would then suggest that I repeat some of what I said and we will see how it goes. After that students will surely start listening to me once again since they are afraid of failing the test.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He would be sitting down preparing his next lesson and making sure he has everything planned, checking on every little detail one more time, if he is good to go for the next lesson, then he would be open for a little chat with any other co-worker that might want to talk or even students that might be having trouble in his subject or if they just want to have a conversation.

Backstory
"Where there is a will, there is a way"
It was July 14, the year 1995 and nature had created another human, thirsty for love, that faithful day, Christopher Augoust was born. As a child Chris was rather typical for his age, always energetic and happy, but with a closer look, you could tell that that child was different. He had that look in his eye, it was like he admired everything in the world, from the simpler things like trees and animals to some more complex stuff such as humans or the night sky. He would wake up every day by his mother's lovely voice that would wake him up, dress him and served him breakfast before she dropped him off at his middle school she would tell him to always smile. Chris was different from the other kids and the other kids knew, they would always look at him with weird expressions or make fun of him for being so excited about every little thing that for them was normal, he seemed as he wouldn't give much thought to their comments, he would even admire their way of thinking for being different than him, never once without smiling. After a few years the most important thing happened to him, he got a little brother, Damon, As a baby, Damon wasn't too different from Chris, you could say he was a little trouble maker though. After Damon's birth, things started changing, their father was a mercenary and he wasn't home very often and their mother had to take care of them while also working at her school as a teacher. Things were hard but, she loved those kids and she didn't care if it would exhausting to do everything on her own. Little did they know, their lives were about to change. As Chris grew up and was getting to close to 18 he started wanting to work, to help his mother so he can finally have some free time for herself to relax and do something she'd like, she would smile and tell him that he and his brother make as happy as she needs to be and as long as they have a secured future, she will be fine, she knew that Chris would achieve his goals, he was so smart, even if he didn't really show it, his grades would. At the night of his 18th birthday, Chris's dad didn't show up on time and his mother got mad at him for missing such an important moment in his life, they had a fight, his dad hit his mother when Chris tried to defend his mother his dad hit him as well. His father locked him and his father in their rooms. After an hour of hearing them fighting it finally came to an end, a "click" was heard in the darkness and Chris's door was opened by his mother, her crying and in pain by the multiple hits she had received. She sat next to Chris and hugged him, kissing his forehead, still smiling as nothing happened. She held on tight to Chris and advised him to get out of here, his father had passed out by the amount of alcohol he had drunk and that it was his chance to leave this all behind and start a new life with his brother. Chris immediately refused and told her that he would never leave her behind, his mom started crying. He insisted that his dad will be his downfall if he didn't leave, he told she would be fine, she asked him to do it for her, not to let all her hard work go to waste, she knew his father would try to corrupt him so that was the only valid option they had. Chris and his mom quietly packed up his and his brother's stuff, she dug up her life saving and gave them all to him. They woke up Damon from his sleep, they told him that he and Chris were going on a trip and that they will be away for a while, he was a bit upset that he would be leaving but he didn't put much thought to it since he was only 11 at the time. His mom kissed them both goodbye and hugged them really tight. She got in front of Chris and told him to take care of his little brother, he swore on his life that he will protect him, even if its the last thing he will do. And with that they left. they found some cheap plane tickets for japan and since Chris was a fan of Japanese culture he would already know a good bit of the language. They searched for the cheapest rents there, most of them were expensive but they managed to find one to fit their needs. Chris starting attending a highschool in a town called Karakura, a relatively small town. Chris did his best to raise his little brother while also working and studying for school, he chose to study Design and Technology when his brother asked why he was trying so hard, his response was rather unexpected "I wanna know, what people really want, I want to help them understand what they want and help them achieve their goals. I will help them build the future, from the ground up". Even after all this time, Chris had a pure heart, even if he didn't show it the way he used to do. After Chris was done with college he continued working at a local cafe. In his 21st birthday, as he was walking back home, he walked passed the front of the school he used to go to and decided to go in and ask if they were looking for any employees, they told him that they just need secretaries, for now, he thanked them and left, as he walked back he thought to himself, what if he could work at the school, even as a secretary, it will be the closest he has ever been to becoming a teacher and he can still be able to help students in a way, so he wrote his application and sent it to the school, they gladly accepted him. He was happy as a secretary, he really was, but he could still fill a void inside of him and he remembered his mother, how she would always spend her free time with him and his brother, teaching them about the world, he realized that he had to try become a teacher once there were open positions.
A few years past, his life would start to go downhill, with 2 divorces under his belt, he just couldn't give up yet he knew he had to try, for her, so her suffering wouldn't go to waste.
One day as he got to work he overheard the principal talking with someone about the necessity of teachers in the school, Chris's heart skipped a bit as he would start to tear up from happiness. He got through the day pumped up and ready to go. When he got home he spent all day and night making an application to be a teacher at the school, after going through it multiple times, perfecting it he send via mail to the school and sat patiently at his house, all having to do is wait.

Be aware that my character's story is different than the one I posted on my last application due to the fact that the previous leader of the family didn't provide a lot of information about my character, but this time I made sure that I didn't forget anything!

Chris was different from the other kids and the other kids knew, they would always look at him with weird expressions or make fun of him for being so excited about every little thing that for them was normal, he seemed as he wouldn't give much thought to their comments, he would even admire their way of thinking for being different than him, never once without smiling. After a few years the most important thing happened to him, he got a little brother, Damon, As a baby, Damon wasn't too different from Chris, you could say he was a little trouble maker though. After Damon's birth, things started changing, their father was a mercenary and he wasn't home very often and their mother had to take care of them while also working at her school as a teacher. Things were hard but, she loved those kids and she didn't care if it would exhausting to do everything on her own. Little did they know, their lives were about to change. As Chris grew up and was getting to close to 18 he started wanting to work, to help his mother so he can finally have some free time for herself to relax and do something she'd like, she would smile and tell him that he and his brother make as happy as she needs to be and as long as they have a secured future, she will be fine, she knew that Chris would achieve his goals, he was so smart, even if he didn't really show it, his grades would. At the night of his 18th birthday, Chris's dad didn't show up on time and his mother got mad at him for missing such an important moment in his life, they had a fight, his dad hit his mother when Chris tried to defend his mother his dad hit him as well. His father locked him and his father in their rooms. After an hour of hearing them fighting it finally came to an end, a "click" was heard in the darkness and Chris's door was opened by his mother, her crying and in pain by the multiple hits she had received. She sat next to Chris and hugged him, kissing his forehead, still smiling as nothing happened. She held on tight to Chris and advised him to get out of here, his father had passed out by the amount of alcohol he had drunk and that it was his chance to leave this all behind and start a new life with his brother. Chris immediately refused and told her that he would never leave her behind, his mom started crying. He insisted that his dad will be his downfall if he didn't leave, he told she would be fine, she asked him to do it for her, not to let all her hard work go to waste, she knew his father would try to corrupt him so that was the only valid option they had. Chris and his mom quietly packed up his and his brother's stuff, she dug up her life saving and gave them all to him. They woke up Damon from his sleep, they told him that he and Chris were going on a trip and that they will be away for a while, he was a bit upset that he would be leaving but he didn't put much thought to it since he was only 11 at the time. His mom kissed them both goodbye and hugged them really tight. She got in front of Chris and told him to take care of his little brother, he swore on his life that he will protect him, even if its the last thing he will do. And with that they left. they found some cheap plane tickets for japan and since Chris was a fan of Japanese culture he would already know a good bit of the language. They searched for the cheapest rents there, most of them were expensive but they managed to find one to fit their needs. Chris starting attending a highschool in a town called Karakura, a relatively small town. Chris did his best to raise his little brother while also working and studying for school, he chose to study Design and Technology when his brother asked why he was trying so hard, his response was rather unexpected "I wanna know, what people really want, I want to help them understand what they want and help them achieve their goals. I will help them build the future, from the ground up". Even after all this time, Chris had a pure heart, even if he didn't show it the way he used to do. After Chris was done with college he continued working at a local cafe. In his 21st birthday, as he was walking back home, he walked passed the front of the school he used to go to and decided to go in and ask if they were looking for any employees, they told him that they just need secretaries, for now, he thanked them and left, as he walked back he thought to himself, what if he could work at the school, even as a secretary, it will be the closest he has ever been to becoming a teacher and he can still be able to help students in a way, so he wrote his application and sent it to the school, they gladly accepted him. He was happy as a secretary, he really was, but he could still fill a void inside of him and he remembered his mother, how she would always spend her free time with him and his brother, teaching them about the world, he realized that he had to try become a teacher once there were open positions.
A few years past, his life would start to go downhill, with 2 divorces under his belt, he just couldn't give up yet he knew he had to try, for her, so her suffering wouldn't go to waste.
One day as he got to work he overheard the principal talking with someone about the necessity of teachers in the school, Chris's heart skipped a bit as he would start to tear up from happiness. He got through the day pumped up and ready to go. When he got home he spent all day and night making an application to be a teacher at the school, after going through it multiple times, perfecting it he send via mail to the school and sat patiently at his house, all having to do is wait.

Additional notes about your application (if any): First of all, I would like to thank you for reading my application, it took me a few days to make but in the end, I think it was worth it. Be aware that my character's story is different than the one I posted on my last application due to the fact that the previous leader of the family didn't provide a lot of information about my character, but this time I made sure that I didn't forget anything!
