Why do you want to own a shop?:
There are numerous reasons why I'd like to own this shop because of my real life goals of entrepreneurship and starting my own business. I've had experience with working in companies such as a T-Shirt faculty with my uncle. I've learned the basic math, supply and demand, and advertising tactics to only make my experience better as a shop owner. I think it'd be a good way for me to see how virtually owning works as a little mini task to prepare me for the real world business in marketing and economy.

I like the idea of owning my own shop simply. For starters, I'd like to own this shop because of the lack of activity in other shops that are located near it. I feel as if having me as a shop owner will not only give players options to expand where they shop at but give players more of an idea where certain shops are. This goes back to personal experience with this issue. When I was a new player, I didn't know where anything was until shop owners advertised where it'd be by and etc. With this being said, I've asked multiple people if they knew where "The Planets" was ( The shop I'm applying for ) and was given the response of ,"What's that?" and, "I've never even heard of such". I guarantee I'll boost the knowledge of people even being aware that "The Planets" is an actual store on SRP.

Another reason I'd like to own this shop is for the purpose of there isn't much of a place for college students to just hang out besides College and the Club which is rarely opened ( Like I said, most shops are inactive.. ). Yes, there isn't much of a need for a division between College and Highschool students except the fact that there is. Highschool students on SRP are quite childish and even act that way ICly. I know a lot of people can agree with me when I say half of the altercations / drama is made by high schoolers on SRP. I won't just opt out all high schoolers of course, but another thing is that the legal age for someone to enter a club or pub of any sort ( since it's mainly serving alcoholic beverages ) is 18. With this being said, Only those whom over age 18+ would be allowed making it easier to roam around the restaurant without interference with little kids or accidentally ICly hitting on someone that could catch you a case.

My last and final reason for wanting to own this shop is to account for the fact that I'd make a pretty cool shop owner in my opinion. I have a lot of ideas in store for if I own this shop and I'd be completely and fully dedicated to the shop, active wise and just applying myself to the shop completely. Like for instance, Not a lot of people understand that the prices on items in shops can be quite hard to afford if you're a certain rank where as your hourly check is not as high as someone with an higher rank. I'd like to change this division and create seperate menus for separate ranks for as it's not completely fair if one is making a higher salary or income than another. This also gives others the opportunity to afford certain food when they're hungry. Another personal experience is when I was stranded next to Mcdonalds on SRP. I was almost out of hunger bars and no vending machines were around. With Mcdonalds being so close, I chose to purchase something from there to stock up my food. I had to buy a 2000 yen Happy Meal to restore my hunger which was quite unfortunate because it didn't even last me from Mcdonalds to 11/7 where I had to buy even more food.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plan to make it a restaurant for fast food

Menu
Burger 1000 Yen
Pizza 900 Yen
French Fries 400 Yen
Fries And Burger 1400 Yen
Pepsi 500 Yen
How will your shop be unique?:
I'd make Fast Food unique is by adding numerous things that can't be seen at other restaurants making only this restaurant special. Like I said with the affordable prices, that's a starter to where I'm going with this idea. Creativity wise, sip & paint events can be arranged such as karaoke nights and even special dine in nights like Couples Wednesdays or Fridays. I think with adding this much to a store on SRP not only makes it realistic but it makes it more enjoyable rather than just going into a restaurant, ordering food, then leaving shortly after. It gets kinda old and boring and soon all shops will be that way once everyone is able to purchase all the items in the shop. You cannot say I'm lying though, Not a lot of roleplaying goes on in shops and I intend to be first to step and take action to change this
Another way I'd make this starbucks unique is by adding special giveaways and contest that allow the store to be more interactive with the customers. Things like 5000 yen dance contest or even a beer on the house singing contest, just very fun ways to motivate people to come out and shop at my store instead of others ( another reason why I claim my store is going to be more unique and profitable than other shops in the area )
How many employees are you planning to have?:
Not too little and not too much. An average of 12 to start off the business and work my way up from there; 5 Waiters/Waitresses, 2 Security, 2 Managers,1 Delivery, 1 Chef, and 1 Event Manager. Each employee will be individually trained to meet requirements of any situation given in the restaurant; Murder, Robbery, Natural Disaster, or even drunk customers that will need to be escorted out of the bar. I also plan to choose a diverse set of players/employees to give more awareness to the type of characters who play on this game. No, I'm not specifically talking race wise, I'm talking about division and things we lack in average employees on the game. Like usually you'd never see a black male over the counter or even a asian male. Basically males in general. Not only in real life but sexism can be seen in SRP as well. Lastly, I just am not particularly fond of choosing employees based off of personal relations. Business is business.
