Currently I hold highschool football team member, college and adult but in the past I've been in a football team around 4 times, being the captain in between some time in 2016-2017, teacher x4, physical education x3, history x1 as well as sous and head chef, BMD x1, and finally police cadet x1 and police patrol officer x1.
What is your motivation for applying?:
I wish to peruse HospitalRP as its a blank slate in my "portfolio" I would like to advance my skills as well as spend my time doing something other then being a student, this was the job I preferred the most out of available jobs that I thought would suit me.
What do you know about medical practice?:
I have never broken a bone or anything but I know a decent amount about psychology, I'm in tune of a lot of procedures and I think I would only need one test run example of how to handle the main psychology meetings/essential tasks.
What are the basic color codes in a medical emergency and hospital?:
I had to google this to be aware of if you meant #3 or something but, I am generally aware of most if not all codes that would appear in a SRP scenario.
Code Red / Fire Emergency.
Code Blue / Medical incident.
Code Orange / Hazardous Material
Code Green / Emergency.

How is your character during and off the job?
During Job: Hellas would perform the task to the best of his ability, keeping in line with any regulations sanctioned by the hospital. He forms his discussion with pure melancholy, Hellas is generally introverted and will keep his conversations that aren't relating to his job to a minimum.
Off the Job: Hellas would read quietly, staying undisturbed, he is seen reading huge books. Hellas would notably not have many friends, something he is fine with. Hellas would rather spend his time continuing his educational studies through books rather then communicate with the outside world.
What do they look like?
Hellas Wayne would be an old husk of his former self, Hellas would be as old as he was stubborn and unapproachable, it would be noticeable in his wrinkly skin and lack of hair. He would have red contacts due to an injury he got as a young man.
Do they have any mental or physical illnesses?
Hellas is not mentally drained, his mental health being the strongest trait he had left, on the other hand, Hellas struggles with moving a lot of the time, carrying around a cane he would use 24/7 and contacts for his eyes.
What makes your character unique?
He is probably the oldest character the hospital will employ, making the way he will interact with other players different to the norm. People are also expected to act differently to an old man, a quality no other age group has to the same level.
Hellas was born on 1910 June 20th in Translyvania. In 1914 WW1 began, Hellas' father trained Hellas and his brothers in the art of manship, in the hope that they could support the family, The Wayne family lived in a castle in Transylvania in a forest, The family choosed to not leave town and to only use resources natural to the forest, such as hunting bears and gathering water from nearby springs or rivers. Hellas was six years old when his father volunteered to join the military leaving for Hellas and his brothers to become the men of the house. Hellas would begin hunting when he turned 6, Hellas was trained in the arts of using small knifes as well as his tiny size allowed him to out-speed and control the force of the fight, Hellas would hunt for Deers, bringing them home over his back and cooking them inside the castle. As a boy Hellas was rebellious, choosing not to follow rules, one of those rules were to only hunt for smaller animals as he could not properly defend himself to any large threats, Hellas being his rebellious self at the age of 9 decided to hunt for a bear. Hellas later lost temporary sight in his right eye and major damages to his left eye during the encounter with the bear. Hellas barely escaped due to the fact he knew the forest by heart. In this time where he could not hunt he learned to read and write, discovering a passion for the medical sciences. Hellas would gain his sight back slowly. By 1927 he had gained the eyesight to be able to travel. He would immediately seek a university, leaving his region of Translyvania to pursuit his degree. In 1932 he graduated from university, getting a job as a professor of psychology. WW2 Would begin in 1939, Hellas would apply like his father had done but would fail due to his eyesight. Hellas would continue his position as a professor until 1950 where he would move to Kyoto to pursuit his newfound interest in the Japanese culture. He would find a job as a psychiatrist and would spend decades at his jobs, moving hospitals whenever he decided to move to a new city or state. Hellas would then apply to work in the Karakura Hospital as a psychiatrist due to his interest in Tokyo.
