How often do you log onto the server?: I log onto the server at least once everyday for about 4-5 hours; sometimes longer.
Do you have discord?: Yes, I do have discord: Transvaal#5110
Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I do have a microphone.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Not that I can remember. If I have, it would have been in early 2017, when I had first joined the server. I have grown from those mistakes.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I’m almost positive that I will come online often. If I’m not online, then I’m at a family event. I always try to get on for as long as I can.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I am fully aware that I can be ICly fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Teacher assistants reinforce lessons given by the teacher(s) by reviewing materials with students, along with assisting them if they need the extra help. They help monitor classrooms, and calculate grades. In some cases, they can be instructed to watch the class while the teacher is away. A teacher assistant may be a helping hand by disciplining a student while the teacher is busy.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Not exactly. I was a teacher on another server three years ago, and that was about it.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been roleplaying for about four years. It’s been almost two years since I first began playing on this server.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Most of what a teacher assistant does was previously stated, but mainly they’re a helping hand to the teacher(s). If they are needed to discipline a student or watch over the classroom while the teacher is busy, they will do so. Additionally, they prepare materials needed in the class.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would remain calm, while telling the student to stop cursing as it is an inappropriate thing to do. If they continue with that behavior, I would have to get the Principal involved, along with their parents.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Firstly, I would try to grasp a better understanding of the job being asked of me by asking questions as to how this would benefit the school and such. If for whatever reason I don’t feel like I should be the one doing this job, I would suggest someone else to do it.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would kindly ask for that person to stop, as someone could get injured or their job could be at risk. If they were to ignore my warning and continue with their unprofessional behavior, I would have to get the Principal involved and try to sort things out.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My main motivation for joining YHS is to simply help out whenever I can. I have noticed when I attended YHS that students often misbehaved, and teachers had been so busy with trying to keep the chaos under control, that sometimes nothing was taught during the period. I want to make sure that the students get help when they need it, and teachers get the time they deserve in order to educate the class.
Age: 24 years of age
Why should you be accepted over other applicants?: I believe I should be chosen over other applicants because I am an understanding person, but can be firm when I need to. Students can get out of control, and I can ensure that I will try my very best to get their behavior in check. Not only that, but complete whatever the teacher in charge needs me to do, such as setting up the classroom before the period begins. A lot more can be done during the period with a responsible teacher assistant.
