My motivation for becoming a teacher on the server is that, even though a lot of teachers are online, it always seems to be the same person or two people that are doing a class. Due to how active I tend to be
I feel that I will make the perfect addition to the team. This would also be a way to expand on my roleplaying skills as an adult.

I have been on the server since 2017, so I feel that I have a general knowledge on how to roleplay, I have also played on other servers that involve a lot of roleplay skills

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are important as they keep management in a classroom, from keeping history from previous classes, for example in a classroom log book you would write down the names of tardy students or students that have caused troublesome behavior in class. Theses logbook will then be shown or shared with the other teacher. If a student has troublesome behavior. Classroom logbooks are also here to show that the teacher is doing the responsibility they need to do.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If I want to start a field trip, I must discuss this with one of the vice-principals, I must then tell him what the field trip is about and how it will have educational values with the students. I would then need to await his approval.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Rule 1: All students must not talk out of turn to the teacher or any other student in the classroom
Rule 2: All students must remain in their seat, whilst the class is in session
Rule 3: No food or drink should be consumed during the lesson
Rule 4: All phones must be kept in your pockets at all times and switched off

Generally speaking, I have been roleplaying for over two years, as I found Schoolrp through a friend, At first, I was addicted to GangRP, but soon got out of that type of RP and now I’m more into the seriousRP.
After being a student for over two years, I now want to experience the AdultRP.
I found a few more RP servers through just gaining an interest in Schoolrp however, they didn't seem as serious as this one, so I only spent a few hours on them.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD:
The head of the department is a teacher responsible for an academic department /subject. They are responsible for NQTs as well as the curriculum for their subjects.
- QTLS:
A QLTS is a teacher experienced in education. They are able to start classes without the permission of an HD.
- NQT: An NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) is somebody who has gained Qualified Teacher Status but has not completed their induction.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
The most common role a teacher plays is, to teach, whether it’s teaching a student basic manners or teaching them the subject task. Teachers receive a curriculum at the start of the year, their job as a teacher is to plan lessons throughout the year which will then allow their students to pass an exam into college. They can teach in different ways - through whole-class lectures, one-to-one sessions, group activities, and tasks to take home.
Another Role of a teacher is just to be a role model to the students show them that they have to work hard to get where they want to in life. Typically teachers have more experience in life, so they are able to help students with problems they feel they may not be able to tell their parents.
Where I live, the average annual teaching salary is £23,467 - £33,160. English teachers in Japan make around 250,000 yen/month, but I don't know about other subjects. 'Free time' is not a common experience for teachers. Even when they are not teaching a class, they are focusing on their job whether it be marking an exam or any homework that been given, or even working on there next task. However, when they do get free time, they just act as if any normal person in society would.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRP because, without teachers, there would be no school. Although the server has expanded to new aspects such as fast-food chains and apartments, the school is still a big focus. Teachers are important so that classes can be run and players who don't have a college or adult tag can enjoy a more realistic roleplay.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The school runs on the MoSCo system - Must have, Should have, Could have.

My character Itsuki Kazuyuki, would seem to have a grumpy kinda feel to him, he takes what he does in a serious matter, he would have broad shoulders and wear a red dress shirt with black trousers and a blazer. His hair would be a dark oak brown with a greyish tint. Itsuki’s skin color would be a bronze-toned color, he would stand at a height of 6’5, He would have a Polish accent slightly as his family lives in Poland. The thing that makes Itsuki Kazuyuki Unique and different is that when engaging with the students he gives them a chance to speak their mind, though he may seem stubborn and kinda scary to most students, he does care about them like they were his own son or daughters. My character's personality would be kind of a mystery to people, besides those who are super close to him. People would never really be able to tell what he was thinking by the expression on his face, as it would always seem to be a serious one. Though deep down his personality would be very calm and collected and just an all-around chill guy, to hang out with. He would always be a very optimistic person so he would set his students with hard challenges to push them further than they feel they can go. Itsuki plans for the future is to keep on teaching until he retires, he is saving up and when he retires he wishes to buy his sons and daughters a restaurant, that they will be able to own.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
He'd approach them and give them a warning, taking note of their names. If they continue to do it, he'd give them another warning, however, this time taking them into his classroom to avoid a scene in the corridor. If they'd stop, he'd remind them of the rules, but if they continue he would discipline them by taking time from their break/lunch. If this still happens to be not enough he would extend the time taken.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Instead of raising his voice, he would sit at his desk or stand at the front of the class, looking at his watch. He'd count the time it'd take for the class to be quiet before telling them that he would keep them behind for however many minutes it took. If certain pupils continue to interrupt he would go through a consequence system before kicking them out of the class. The students would then be kept behind for the number of minutes it took them to be quiet. The only way they could leave early would be if they answer a question correctly.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
In the teacher's lounge, he would be seen writing down student's names that were good or bad in his class. He would have a cup of coffee in front of him as he prepares the next class or marks a student's book.

/me He’d look at the student with a serious look on his face, before gently tapping them on the shoulder or on the head with a plastic ruler, with no intent to hurt them before sighing.

/me He’d jot down the name of the students before putting either a sad face or happy face next to their name

Backstory
Itsuki Kazuyuki grew up in a fairly small town in Poland, Wieliczka is a town near Krakow, in southern Poland. Born on 19th June 1977, making him 42 years old today. Growing up Itsuki had a very strict life constantly feeling the need to succeed in everything he did even if it was hard or just worthless. Although this made Itsuki Kazuyuki who he is today, as he seems to be very strict with his children and he works as hard as possible. This is what inspired him to become a teacher, he felt hat he could teach the students that to get where they wanted to be they needed to actually work for it. At the age of 18, Itsuki moved away from Poland to the United Kingdom, he came out of high school with passing grades due to this he was able to study in his hometown, of Lincoln. Where he decided to take a further course in English literature and the English language as well as creative writing as a separate course. After finishing the course and exams he took an apprenticeship in Level 3 childcare, At this, he learned first aid and basic training in a nursery. He was accepted at the age of 22 to become a teacher assistant in high school in the east of the united kingdom. After spending most of his life in the Uk, he decided it was time for a change in scenario, this is when he became clear that he wanted to move to Japan, The male moved to japan, but did not know the language well, so when he moved to Japan he got a small job working in a restaurant. Meanwhile, while not at his work he would take a course in the Japanese Language, where he met a female, named Akio Kazumi, These two got to know each other whilst she taught him Japanese. The two of them soon became close and two years later than had Twin boys called Riku and Ikki Kazuyuki, Itsuki was now fluent in Japanese and felt that the job at the restaurant was not enough income for the family, so he began to apply for teacher job, after many failed chances he soon gave up and kept his job at the restaurant. After a year, They had another set of twins called Hina and Takahashi Kazuyuki, they soon were born, but unfortunately, Akio died from a weak heart as she was giving birth. This left the Itsuki into a kind of Psychological depression this caused him to send all of his children to study in Poland as he recovered, so they could live with their Grandparents. Soon, Riku decided he had enough and came back to Japan to lecture his dad. This pulled Itsuki, out of his limbo he is now currently looking for a job in teaching.
