School Employee Role you are Applying For: Janitor
How often do you log onto the server?: Every single day, to about 8-10 hours long schooldays, and 12+ hours in weekends/free days.
Do you have discord? Yes, Typo#7982
Do you have a microphone? As of now not a good quality microphone, but communicating with a microphone is definitely a possibility.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Yes, from 19th of December to 1st of January for glitching through blocks to get into locked areas.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I'm 100% sure that I will come on very often, though I can't assure that I can come on at late times always, as timezones are different for everyone, I won't be there when its like 3 AM for me in the night.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I'm aware of that.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A janitor's job is to clean and fix certain things when they are needed to be done, they are huge leads in creating a hygienic and safe environment for children in a school and other work environments such as police stations, offices and more. Along with cleaning they also fix things, depending on the janitor's qualification they may fix simple things like doors to technical things like different computers and other technical equipment. They are a vital tool in keeping a good environment that makes the students feel comfortable and clean while being in the school they attend, restocking different things like toilet paper, printers or copiers and other things that may eventually run out. If needed they may also handle incoming deliveries of supplies and food items to the school.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I have previously done roleplay of a janitor, though not on a minecraft server, but on a discord server instead.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I've been roleplaying for about 3 years now, normally it would always be mediocre on my own server or on a discord server, I've been on this server for around a month I would say.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes I have, you have the job to clean, collect, restock, and overall maintain the grounds you work on, I did janitor roleplay on a discord server aswell as another minecraft server for about a month, I've also looked up on wikipedia on what Janitors do when I first wanted/had to roleplay as a janitor.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would remain calm, try to ignore them, if they keep going I would ask them if they need help with anything, if it starts getting out of hand I would contact a fellow employee to see if they could help me with the situation I would be in.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would ask if a fellow employee with the same task as me could help and assist me, if not, I would try doing a better job at it.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask them what they're doing and if they could stop doing that and do something what they're supposed to be doing, if they don't I would get an employee or a higher up and would explain the situation and hope it could be negotiated.

Motivation for Joining KHS: I normally have nothing to do in school, and since I enjoy helping people out, especially the school, I thought this would be a good fitting job.
Age (Minimum age is 25): 25 years old.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I feel like I have a bit more experience as the role of a janitor and I also think ahead, I am also very determined in what I do, so once I got my task, I will fulfill it as fast as possible, I don't really think as of me being better than others, aslong as I do my job correctly, I'm sure others are also talented/have experience with this job.
