Mr8us just warned me for "getting hit" with baton and not reacting. Officer Grant said in chat *attempts to hit NeverGiveUpElem with baton* so i move back and i get warned but the thing i have to say is that why am i being warned if he says attempts because that is 50 50 chance. If someone says something that means the same thing as tries why should I have to react because he could of missed. I dont care about the warn but i want to know if this is wrong or right (I dont know there actual IGNs only their nicknames).

Alright, as @Laptop showed you above; yes. I did attempt to smack your arm with my baton. But, as an officer, we're permitted to roll over two-hundred (200) in physical situations.

Since you're a normal player, you rolling abilities are limited to one-hundred (100) maximum.
I rolled over one-hundred in this situation. Therefore, the move automatically goes through to where your arm was smacked with a baton.

(You moved back without an action, and you were required to roll for mine. I rolled over one-hundred, so, my move went through. You were far too late to dodge the baton. Additionally, you require an action to dodge a move.)

Hopefully this explains it all and settles the entire feud.​
