My activity is daily, including the forums. I'm on from 3pm to near 7am. I would consider myself a pretty active person, which would make me a great person for this job. I do vote on forums, etc, and comment quite oftenly. I make posts, and such whenever I feel like its the need.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation towards being a teacher is actually a quite often found reason. I believe that the time, hours, etc that I am on would be pretty fun for the people who are on SRP late at night. My time spent on SRP should be dedicated to actually doing something, too, which I believe this is fit for me to do. I'm always up to meeting new people. Being a teacher would do this, as I do enjoy speaking to several people! Its an active, happy job that I would like to work under.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Seeing as I have played SRP from the end of 2016-2017, I would say that I do have quite a long roleplay experience. I have roleplayed on several different servers, which I will not mention because no :). I've mostly roleplayed on SRP, which I would say is pretty good considering that I am applying for this role.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are where you log you work, which leads to you pay check. Classroom logs can also help you remember what you've taught and what not, meaning that you can also re-teach lessons if needed. Often, you can look at these to see how many classes, etc are held. They are important because they can lead to your pay check, and finals exams. Classroom logs keep track of your work, which can help in exams as you can see what to put on tests and what not to put. You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: You would first ask the HD what is allowed and what not. I'll then ask if I can do certain things before making an application for it. As this is required, I'll then wait for a response. If further is noticed, I'll proceed to make an announcement about it. Sooner or later, I'll take the students to what is scheduled.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: My rules are not that advanced, but they do mean something to the classes detentions, etc.
1. No food nor drinks in the classroom, unless it is a water bottle.
2. Raise your hand to speak, unless said otherwise.
3. No foul language is accepted in this class, as this may be followed.
4. Please keep your behavior under control, as there'll be punishment towards this if not followed.
5. Remain seated, and please do not scream or shout when you ask a question.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've roleplayed on several different servers, which I wont mention because no!! :). They are mostly represented in here because it helps in my addition to RP, which brought me to where I am. In general, I do RP quite often. Especially on SRP, where my main roleplay experience is from. I've roleplayed for quite a long time, I would say since 2015-2016.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of the department, responsible for making the lesson plans, and curriculum, and should host meetings every month.
- QTLS: Qualified Teachers in Learning Skills, able to host classes without an HD.
- NQT: Newly qualified teacher, a new teacher to the field, and needs the HD to host a class.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers put plenty of effort into their work. They work very realistically, and they make sure that people are included no matter the age. Now, what purposes do teachers serve?
Teachers actually server a very important spot in the server! The spot they serve is basically in the name, which many people do expect as it is a roleplay server, representing it's names. As the map has improved to be more realistic, just like real life, they specialize in helping students. This type of authority can help by teaching students who need the education that they've come to school to give. They take the time and effort out of their days to do this, which is actually very realistic. Teachers are a replication of them in and out of game, as they are very similar rules, conduct, etc. They get a salary that will be paid around 100-295Y. Familiar to what they do and how they earn this, they have to earn it by hosting classes for students.
They teach specifically to focus on the subject they have signed up for, giving the education following there. The education provided is used in quizzes, classwork, and homework. These are given out depending on what part of the subject the teacher teaches. As they may sound like they just teach, they actually do more! Time taken off of this separately, they will take the time to socialize and do grades. As this is not really included in classes, teachers may give detentions depending on the student's behavior.
Saying this is no difference than what they are. They have quite a large salary of 295Y, adding to their efforts. I would say my knowledge on this is quite expanded, as I would like to be a teacher for these reasons. I understand basic teaching, and advanced.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: It's literally in the name. It does attract people to the server, seeing as it is a very different and unique server. It takes place on it's name, which is why there should be teacher to support this! Teachers are a part of school, so are all other employees. As this is in Japan, with a town of it's own, there should be unique people. SchoolRP definitely is a special server, seeing as the teachers do host classes for the student's education. They are believed to be in the server, which is why they are important. Not only this, but they help the student's characters grow up and get proper education.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: MoSCo: Must have/ could have/ should have.

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
My character would actually be a quite calm person. Seeing as her environment is meant to be calm and safe, just like the city, she'll keep her attitude that way as well. Her appearance was a match towards her attitude, having her regular curled black hair. As this was traditional, her uniqueness was mainly in her eyes. She looked quite approachable, having her pure violet eyes. They were visibly not contacts, which made her quite different. To add to her uniques and differences, she did have quite her personality.
She sees others as regular citizens, unless otherwise is said from appearance. As she does not instantly judge, she can sense her surroundings. Her outlook towards people is calm, no matter what happens. She does enjoy tutoring others even if it is not her job, as well as helping around town. She'll keep a bright smile on her face, as she speaks to other teachers. Her plans remain to be a teacher, just like others. Seeing that the other teachers are calm, nice, and very role modelling, she will stay where she is unless otherwise. Her outlook towards other teachers is very respectful, seeing as they put as much effort into work as she does.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Approaching them calmly, I will ask them what they are doing. Seeing as this is completely against the school's rules, I will politely ask them to stop. By their choice if they begin to proceed or not, they still have done a conflict. This will then be forwarded towards the HD, as I'll ask for their names. If no names are given, I will write down descriptions and such. Proceeding from earlier, I'll hand this into the HD as it is a issue for our school and such as they may cause harm if it continues.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Seeing as my character is a kind person, and she enjoys people showing her the respect she gives them, she'll ask for it back. If they continue to not listen, she'll turn it upside down! Explaining about exams, and assigning a few parts more work to them. If they still do not listen, she will then begin to hand them detentions when needed.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She'd keep her focus onto what she was doing first, before she'd take her utensils and write things down. Seeing the other teachers, if there were any, she'll approach them and join their conversation. Noting anything important, of course! She'll always have her confidence, asking her questions as well as listening to what they have to say. When the time comes, she'll ask for herself to be excused, going to do her business afterwards. Keeping her mood, etc. calm and collected.
Provide at least 5 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:
/me patterns a clap towards the students, varying the sounds for their attention with the pattern made.
/me turns around, beginning to reach for the marker/chalk. She'd raise it, writing down onto the board the lessons plans, etc. Following, was the rules.
/me steps around, dropping the papers onto her desk. Taking out a pen, she'd write down names before passing the papers out following their grades.
/me Raises her hand, raising her voice as she'd direct it towards the student. *InsERt TeXT HERe!!* She'd lean over towards him/her, taking the distraction.
/me Grabs papers off of her desk, tapping them against it. Beginning her sentence, she'd ask for their hands for any questions about the lesson.
/me She'd begin her sentence, beginning with her name as she'd then pass out the objects used in the project/lesson.
Backstory
She appears to be a very grown, mature woman. But, her history does have her ups and downs. Her parents were kind, which gave her the attitude she has today. Her life begins in Korea, where she did grow up and memorize their language. Their reflections did get her further in life, which she is very grateful for. But before that, she was born in North Korea followed by her being cradled by her parents gently. They could tell that their first daughter would be a kind one with the support of their parenting. It didn't take them long to decide her name. Her father's name had been Nedji Mitsune, which her mother adored. As for her mother's name, it was not really known. Even to her father, the most trusted man that she had married. They did refer to her as Rania (ray-knee-uh) though. They chose to instead take their names as a remembrance and mix them to make her name. Her name was decided and officially to be a replication of theirs, but mixed. This was for a name, as it was finally chosen. Afterwards, it had then been signed onto her birth papers. She was named after them, placing their love into her name. They believed that she would be free-willed and learn the education necessary. After she was given birth to, her mother was soon released from the hospital as well as Mitsuania following.
Her life flowed as a regular child's would. She learned many 1900's styles, though. As these were believed in her family to help in the future. Her education was regular, as well as her life. Unfortunately, though, there was a downfall in her life. Her parents died at her age of 7, which she did cry about. This left her scarred for only a couple months until her friends chose to change this. As she was always happy, bright, smiling, her friends hated seeing her like this. They decided to make her change fail. She decided to switch back to her personality after her friends had brought it up. She did feel very loved after this. She continued her life, as this state of depression did not last very long!
As she aged her years, she did develop her memory issues. When she was 10, she suffered a memory loss. This problem lasted throughout the whole year, forgetting everything that she lived through. She was still in Korea at this time. When she came back from school one day, though, she had a bright surprise for her future. A young couple was looking for mature children, as they were choosing only one. Mitsuania's memory was slowly developing again, as she focused on the lovely couple. They signed the papers, taking Mitsuania home the following day. She did not have much to take with her, but her memory had caused her to forget about her friends. Having nothing to follow her, nor to bring, she traveled from Italy to France with her new parents. They taught her respect, manners, as well as many 1900's tricks. Her parents believed in a religion. But, they did not force this into their daughter.
As this was not their real daughter, she never really spoke to them. But, one day, she was online where she searched across a website. Accidentally, she clicked a site. This listed new cultures, and others. She did not believe in anything, having free-will. As she went to press the back button, she saw bright colors. This appeared to catch her eye. She decided to do more research about this, as she eventually gained her confidence to ask her parents to go there. The place she had been looking at appeared to be a place named 'Japan'. Her parents agreed to going there, but what they had in hand was not what they had wanted. Mitsuania became more independent and far from her family, where she eventually checked out the website again. Where she was had been the most populated city in Japan, Tokyo. There had been a list of places in Japan where Karakura appeared. This was a new location, just in construction. As the school was brought up, she decided she wanted to go there.
She was already very distant from her family, but this would put her further. She had a smile towards any stranger in her path, getting by. She had one of her new friends from her current school drive her to Karakura, where she lives currently. She began to live in Japan at 14, continuing from there. She kept herself alive by working at shops nearby, never being late. She was kind to the people around her, which her boss had seen. Given a promotion in her job, she decided to quit that job and focus on her studies. Her grades did raise as she was more focused, but Mitsuania took her time to chill with her friends. She never did drugs with her friends recommendations, as she still followed by her parent's rules. They may not be her original parents but she did follow and respect what they had to say. She grew up for many years, keeping in trend. As friends passed and came, she enjoyed the way she lived. She kept her funds up, where she still saved. Never wasting money on drugs, alcohol, anything else. When she began to run lower on her yen, she signed up for another job. As this may not be wise, she decided she would stay there for a while longer. This ended up being her job for several years, until she was 17. When the store had been invaded, destroyed, the last days seen of it had ended. Decisions were made, figuring that she had more to do. She began to be more of a party-spirit, fun, joking person. She was still the same, but a change had been added. As this cause and effect was made, she smiled and continued her life.
She grew up more, maturing the furthest. She still was kind, her age, and followed her ways. This followed to where she signed up for college. Her years were skipped, until she finally was accepted. She took her courses online, and physically. No matter how rough her courses were, she turned it up and studied harder. In hopes to stay in her college, she continues her place and will forever stay. Later in life though, she decided to change her wishes. As the professors who taught her had been very upstanding and role modelling, she decided to follow their footsteps. This was the path to a new career.
Instead of being a professor, she chose to be a teacher. Her age was perfectly fine, as she decided that this was now her chance to be what she dreams. Hopes and such being high, she was quite a happy and cheerful person. By her attitude and such being a very nice followup, she chose to be a teacher. As she applied, re-reading everything, it was finally time to become employed. History is the past, and she hopes to continue the future in remembrance.

It didn't take them long to decide her name. Her father's name had been Nedji Mitsune, which her mother adored. As for her mother's name, it was not really known. Even to her father, the most trusted man that she had married. They did refer to her as Rania (ray-knee-uh) though. They chose to instead take their names as a remembrance and mix them to make her name. Her name was decided and officially to be a replication of theirs, but mixed. This was for a name, as it was finally chosen. Afterwards, it had then been signed onto her birth papers. She was named after them, placing their love into her name. They believed that she would be free-willed and learn the education necessary. After she was given birth to, her mother was soon released from the hospital as well as Mitsuania following.
Her life flowed as a regular child's would. She learned many 1900's styles, though. As these were believed in her family to help in the future. Her education was regular, as well as her life. Unfortunately, though, there was a downfall in her life. Her parents died at her age of 7, which she did cry about. This left her scarred for only a couple months until her friends chose to change this. As she was always happy, bright, smiling, her friends hated seeing her like this. They decided to make her change fail. She decided to switch back to her personality after her friends had brought it up. She did feel very loved after this. She continued her life, as this state of depression did not last very long!
As she aged her years, she did develop her memory issues. When she was 10, she suffered a memory loss. This problem lasted throughout the whole year, forgetting everything that she lived through. She was still in Korea at this time. When she came back from school one day, though, she had a bright surprise for her future. A young couple was looking for mature children, as they were choosing only one. Mitsuania's memory was slowly developing again, as she focused on the lovely couple. They signed the papers, taking Mitsuania home the following day. She did not have much to take with her, but her memory had caused her to forget about her friends. Having nothing to follow her, nor to bring, she traveled from Italy to France with her new parents. They taught her respect, manners, as well as many 1900's tricks. Her parents believed in a religion. But, they did not force this into their daughter.
As this was not their real daughter, she never really spoke to them. But, one day, she was online where she searched across a website. Accidentally, she clicked a site. This listed new cultures, and others. She did not believe in anything, having free-will. As she went to press the back button, she saw bright colors. This appeared to catch her eye. She decided to do more research about this, as she eventually gained her confidence to ask her parents to go there. The place she had been looking at appeared to be a place named 'Japan'. Her parents agreed to going there, but what they had in hand was not what they had wanted. Mitsuania became more independent and far from her family, where she eventually checked out the website again. Where she was had been the most populated city in Japan, Tokyo. There had been a list of places in Japan where Karakura appeared. This was a new location, just in construction. As the school was brought up, she decided she wanted to go there.
She was already very distant from her family, but this would put her further. She had a smile towards any stranger in her path, getting by. She had one of her new friends from her current school drive her to Karakura, where she lives currently. She began to live in Japan at 14, continuing from there. She kept herself alive by working at shops nearby, never being late. She was kind to the people around her, which her boss had seen. Given a promotion in her job, she decided to quit that job and focus on her studies. Her grades did raise as she was more focused, but Mitsuania took her time to chill with her friends. She never did drugs with her friends recommendations, as she still followed by her parent's rules. They may not be her original parents but she did follow and respect what they had to say. She grew up for many years, keeping in trend. As friends passed and came, she enjoyed the way she lived. She kept her funds up, where she still saved. Never wasting money on drugs, alcohol, anything else. When she began to run lower on her yen, she signed up for another job. As this may not be wise, she decided she would stay there for a while longer. This ended up being her job for several years, until she was 17. When the store had been invaded, destroyed, the last days seen of it had ended. Decisions were made, figuring that she had more to do. She began to be more of a party-spirit, fun, joking person. She was still the same, but a change had been added. As this cause and effect was made, she smiled and continued her life.
She grew up more, maturing the furthest. She still was kind, her age, and followed her ways. This followed to where she signed up for college. Her years were skipped, until she finally was accepted. She took her courses online, and physically. No matter how rough her courses were, she turned it up and studied harder. In hopes to stay in her college, she continues her place and will forever stay. Later in life though, she decided to change her wishes. As the professors who taught her had been very upstanding and role modelling, she decided to follow their footsteps. This was the path to a new career.
Instead of being a professor, she chose to be a teacher. Her age was perfectly fine, as she decided that this was now her chance to be what she dreams. Hopes and such being high, she was quite a happy and cheerful person. By her attitude and such being a very nice followup, she chose to be a teacher. As she applied, re-reading everything, it was finally time to become employed. History is the past, and she hopes to continue the future in remembrance.
