What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation is just the joy of teaching. This school currently does not have any Geology Teachers that could give students the education they need.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do? If I wanted to start a school field trip, I would first make a field trip application, and inform any of the principals of the school. Next, I would give them more information on the idea for the field trip and hopefully get that approved.


As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:

1. No food or drinks within the perimeter of the classroom.


2. No violence of any form.


3. No cell phones.


4. Do not talk without raising your hand, or given approval.


5. Do not misbehave.


6. Do work when given by the teacher.


7. No use of foul language.



Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I have not taught previously. I hope I get to experience what it is like to teach, and enjoy it.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? One thing I would change about the Teacher Group is the maturity. Some teachers do not act mature, and do illegal things outside of the school grounds. Teachers should not be getting involved with crime at all whether it is on school grounds or not.



KNOWLEDGE


Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers represent educations, and all students’ future. Teachers are role models for students, and they should stay that way. The purpose they serve is making sure that all and every student gets the education they need. When students enter the classroom, teachers tell the students to take a seat so they can begin the class. The class usually consists of work, or assignments the whole class. Sometimes during class, there can be interactive activities. At the end of class, teacher give students homework assignments to complete. The estimated salary for teaching is around 250,000¥. If you ask me, I would not complain if I had that salary.


Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Teachers are one of the most important part of a SchoolRP server. Teachers are what make SchoolRP, SchoolRP. It gives the server a purpose for going to school. If we did not have teachers, there would be no point on having a school at all.


Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee - An intern or someone who is training to become a teacher in the future. You act professional and mature so you can eventually be promoted.

NQT - You get to host classes with the Head Department’s permission. This rank comes
after Trainee.

QTLS - These teachers are fully qualified to teach classes even without the Head Department’s permission. You do have to make sure you are teaching the given subject. You also should inform other teachers that you will be teaching at that time.

HD - The highest teaching rank that is hard to obtain. They are able to teach classes and they manage lessons. They are also held accountable for making sure the teachers are doing their job.




What lesson planning system does the school work on?: Maybe teachers should be given a unit list of lessons. Each class should have a different lesson every 4 classes or so.

Brody Simmons is a male standing at 6’2. He has a very serious personality. Occasionally, you will hear a joke or two come out of Brody. Brody has dark brown, reddish hair. He likes to wear fancy clothes, or any kind of nice suit. Brody has dark blue eyes, and a stubble. He likes to sit up straight, and stand with a straight posture. He is very enthusiastic about teaching, and loves the color red. He feels that every student is different in a way, so he likes to remember each student in a unique way. Brody plans to get married and possibly have children in the future. He also plans to have a successful teaching career at Taketatsu High School.



SCENARIOS


You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would at first give the delinquents a brief warning. If they continued, I would continue by telling them I would inform one of the Principals.


No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do? I would raise my voice slightly and attempt to gain their attention. If they continued, I would make a loud noise to gain their attention for the final attempt.


When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act? My character would act very professional due to the fact that their are higher school administrators in that room that can judge you, and how you act. I would stand with a straight posture. If sitting down, I would sit up straight. Finally, I would remind myself to keep eye contact with everyone I talk to.

BACKSTORY

When it hit 1980, Brody Simmons was born. Nothing too exciting happened during his few years of being an infant. When Brody was only four years of age, his father left the family without any trace. It was only Brody and his mother living on a low teacher salary. He grew up on the poor side of London, Britain for a few months until his mother decided to move to a suburb town on the outskirts of Tokyo, Japan. His mother got a job at a small middle school, and taught Geography. Brody was finally 10 years of age, and his best school subject became Geography, for his mother helped him with Geography since she taught that subject. Brody was happy for the next few years because he lived in a better environment and learned more about the japanese culture. He totally forgot how to speak English, and spoke native Japanese. After a few more years, Brody graduated highschool with a great school record. He went to college after the summer ended, and ended up successfully finishing four years of college, earning his Bachelor’s Degree. Life was great for Brody until his mother died right after he earned his degree. He visited his mother in the hospital and found out she had breast cancer. It was devastating for Brody to see. His mother’s last words were “Do what you always do. Make me proud.” as her eyes closed and her heart stopped beating. Brody worked at a McDonald's in Tokyo, Japan until he finally decided he wanted a better job. He is now 37 and looks into teaching at Taketatsu High School.
