What is your motivation for applying?: I've been inspired by other teachers from classes, tests, book reports, teaching styles, teamwork, I love the history teachers here, they help a lot out!

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?


A lot of students can't get to their classes in time, when they can't get to class their education will begin to decline in a major event. For better education, I would change the time to begin class,for the students that cannot make it to class, I would give them extra time to make it to class for a better education!


KNOWLEDGE


Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.


Without teachers, education for schools would decline, everyday the students wouldn't learn a single thing about life, students won't be able to make a good life with a family, no job, they would be on the streets, poor, without food, the teachers provide education for everyone, they have wisdom and knowledge about the everyday life, they would guide you through and help you out before your on, Teachers play an Important role! Teachers in their spare time would be grading tests, making planners about what to do for the class, make sure the class is active and having a great time to keep them from dropping out! Also the teacher's monthly salary is 250000¥


Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:

Teachers are important because they provide RP, role play in a good matter that they could learn in to do so, they help keep people active and have a fun time, they provide group work, Projects, fun learning, textbooks! Without teachers RP players wouldn't learn or they will leave the server because their is not actual RP going on at school, thinking that it is a FAKE server.


Describe the ranking system of teachers:


Trainee

This is the newest you can get, you will only be placed on this rank for around a few days. You do not have permission to start up new classes and you aren't assigned to work for any specific Teacher, you must come into lessons and sit down (make sure to ask them first) and start to learn from them, and how a lesson works. You can also take this time to impress the SLT members by reporting if they are doing anything wrong from the CoC


Newly Qualified Teacher | (NQT)

Congratulations, you have been promoted to the NQT. You are now a more advanced teacher and you have the correct qualifications to start a lesson, but before starting a lesson you must still check with your HD and in the roleplay documents check for what you must be teaching. If there are no lesson plans yet, tell the teachers. You do not have to follow the lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some of the key parts mentioned in there. As an NQT you should still be guided by higher peers, and you are allowed to make errors. You are not allowed to take Trainees in to watch you


Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills | (QTLS)

You are finally in the norm for teachers, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want (inside school) but discuss and organize when it will be with other teachers. You should not make as many errors or mistakes now. You are allowed to let Trainees in to watch your classes, but you do not have the skills to trainee them yet.


Head of Department | (HD)

It is unlikely you will ever reach this stage if there is already a HD of that department in place, however, they can offer you to be Co-HD. But if you have became a HD, lucky you. You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans.


What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
Introduce the main topic of the lesson, plan out, give students run down of work, hand out worksheet, hand out study guide, last prepare for a quiz and take it.


CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE


Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?


Sui Takishima would be classy, his height would be 6’1, he’d strongly disagree with drinking, He’d have a white pale skin. He’s honestly, gentle, he’s learned to stop drinking, smoking and to speak against bullying. He’s a honest person and doesn’t like bullies. Sui Takishima lost his brother to prison for a murder sentence of 6 years to jail, later he discovered that he had more to come for instead of violence. His outlook on students would be to make them focus, get a great education to live great lives. Sui Takishima’s plan would help students achieve great things, he’d focus on retiring and teaching many students many things about everyday life.



SCENARIOS


You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I’d begin to grab their attention, telling them to stop. If they keep going on and repeating it I would single the principal or vice-principal.


No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do? I’d begin to speak out to the class, getting their attention. If they do not see, hear me I would begin to repeat myself. If they wouldn’t listen a third time, I would go up to them, tapping their shoulder to grab their attention.


When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?

My character in the teacher lounge would change his act, he would keep a nice act to all teachers, for respect and show that he has a great reputation.

/me He'd would go back to his desk, pulling out tests.

/me He'd grab the classes papers and start to grade them

BACKSTORY


Sui was born in Atlanta, Georgia alongside his older brother Kei. Growing up Sui’s parents cared for their his future so they made him and his brother read books and add and subtract at a young age, hoping that the two would be ahead of the other kids in their grade school years. Sui went to Inman Middle School at the age of Eleven alongside his brother Kei who started his Eighth Grade Year there. Sui passed his classes and graduated from Middle School, but his parents had decided that instead of staying in Atlanta, Georgia they would move to Tokyo, Japan for reasons unknown. Once Sui and his family got to Tokyo, Japan he and his brother were sent to Miyake High School for their High School year. Sui’s brother Kei was invited to a gang in Tokyo that he happily accepted not knowing what he would be getting into, after a few months of fitting into the High School, Kei dropped out and left home to show his loyalty to the gang. Sui did not know what to do so he began to focus less which caused his grades to fall a bit low, but after some time he understood his brothers choice and accepted it instead of trying to make him come home. Sui inevitably graduated from Miyake High School as Class of 2010, after his graduation he began to apply to possible University's within Tokyo, though he was accepted to four of them he made the choice to go to Waseda University. During Sui’s freshman year at Waseda University he picked classes that he knew he enjoyed and hoped to major in them, one of them being History and the other being English Language. Sui studied at Waseda University for two years and gained his Bachelor’s Degree, he knew that he wanted to do something with his life so he moved out and applied as a teacher at Taketatsu Highschool to start his career. After he started his career his became an Astronomy teacher then got fired. Sui Is trying to re-apply but for a different subject that he's majored in college.
