As I've been fired before because of "Inactivity", and yes I was. I will openly admit that, but I'm coming really active now, I'm not on 24-7 but I'm returning to SchoolRP to get teacher roleplay in if I can. If I become a teacher, I will be active a lot in the Roleplay of that age and position. On the forums I'm still active, I'm not on 24-7 but I do check on Forums everyday for personnel updates and schoolrp updates.

Classroom logs are were you have logged a period that you have completed. It's important to show teachers that their active.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would fill out the field trip application with the format required and then would send it to the Principal or Vice Principal a day before. I’d ask for any teacher to volunteer to come along with the class.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
My roleplay right now is a Netherlands Jock named Mark, he learnt Japanese and moved to Japan to find his brother. My Teacher roleplay back when I was a teacher was good. I tought Astronomy.

- HD: Head Department, The HD is head of the department meaning of the class ex. Science, they create lessons and give teachers lessons to teach. They also give permission to the NQT to start classes.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills, The QTLS can start a class without permission from the HD.
- NQT: Newly Qualified teacher, The NQT is a newly hired teacher that has to have permission by the HD to start a class. After completing a certain amount of classes, they get moved up to QTLS.

Without teachers, education for schools would decline, everyday the students wouldn't learn a single thing about life, students won't be able to make a good life with a family, no job, they would be on the streets, poor, without food, the teachers provide education for everyone, they have wisdom and knowledge about the everyday life, they would guide you through and help you out before your on, Teachers play an Important role! Teachers in their spare time would be grading tests, making planners about what to do for the class, make sure the class is active and having a great time to keep them from dropping out! Also the teacher's monthly salary is 250000¥.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important because they provide RP, role play in a good matter that they could learn in to do so, they help keep people active and have a fun time, they provide group work, Projects, fun learning, textbooks! Without teachers RP players wouldn't learn or they will leave the server because their is not actual RP going on at school.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
Introduce the main topic of the lesson, plan out, give students run down of work, hand out worksheet, hand out study guide, last prepare for a quiz and take it.

He won the Nationals for the baseball tournament. He works hard and is in great shape. He doesn't resort to violence anymore rather than his past. Mark believes everyone should succeed of what they believe in. Mark's face is pale but tanned. He plans to conduct great plans to give the student a career pathway and a education. He's different rather than others because were he was born at. His plan to give student's a great education of history in time.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I’d begin to grab their attention, telling them to stop. If they keep going on and repeating it I would single the principal or vice-principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I’d begin to speak out to the class, getting their attention. If they do not see, hear me I would begin to repeat myself. If they wouldn’t listen a third time, I would go up to them, tapping their shoulder to grab their attention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
My character in the teacher lounge would change his act, he would keep a nice act to all teachers, for respect and show that he has a great reputation.

/me He'd go back to his desk, pulling out tests.
/me Would colect the classes papers and start to grade them

Backstory
Mark was born in The Netherlands, as once he become to the age 2 he was adopted into a family. Growing up Mark's Foster parents cared for their his future so they made him read books almost everyday along to add and subtract at a young age, hoping that Mark would be ahead of the other kids in their grade school years. Mark started Middle School at the age of Eleven. As Mark was promoted up in the grades he found good friends he still hangs out with today. Mark passed his classes and graduated from Middle School, but his parents had decided that instead of staying in the Netherlands, they would move to Tokyo, Japan for reasons unknown. Once Mark and his family got to Tokyo, Japan Mark was sent to Miyake High School for their High School year. Mark's brother Aidan was invited to a gang in Tokyo that he happily accepted not knowing what he would be getting into, after a few months of fitting into the High School, his foster brother dropped out and left home to show his loyalty to the gang. Mark didn't know what to do so he began to focus less which caused his grades to fall a bit low, but after some time he understood his brothers choice and accepted it instead of trying to make him come home. Mark inevitably graduated from Miyake High School as Class of 2010, after his graduation he began to apply to possible University's within Tokyo, though he was accepted to four of them he made the choice to go to Waseda University. During Mark's freshman year at Waseda University he picked classes that he knew he enjoyed and hoped to major in them, one of them being History and the other being Science. Mark studied at Waseda University for two years and gained his Bachelor’s Degree, he knew that he wanted to do something with his life so he moved out and applied as a teacher at Taketatsu Highschool to start his career. Before Mark moved out, his also got his Master's degree.
