What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: To help the students learn and achieve their goals in life, by doing that helping them learn special skills and also help them make the world a good place. I believe that being a teacher can help me and the students. I also want to encourage them to learn more and more like I did when I was having problems in school.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I have experience in roleplaying, been roleplaying since I was about 6 years old, I'm now almost 17 and still going. I really like roleplaying, I used to roleplay on my own now I do it with friends that I've met on here. I really enjoy it.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: They are to log events and classes throughout the school. To determine whether or not the teacher is suited for the job that's why Classroom logs are important and to see whether or not if they are active.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: You have to contact the Vice-Principal or the Principal and let whoever know is online that it will be a good learning experience for the students and others.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): Yes, I've been roleplaying for about 10 or 11 years now I started when I was 6 and now I'm almost 17-year-olds, been enjoying it since I was little used to roleplay on my own now I roleplay with my friends on this server.

- NQT: Newly qualified teacher, they are new to teaching and require being watched and have to request to teach a class.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers work all day long dealing with students and other issues, they also have to deal with bullying at times and such. They provide us with information on specific topics like for example History, or Drama. They also provide protection for students.
They do a lot of work, grading tests and creating lessons for the next school day in their spare time.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: It is a School Roleplay based server, so they would be important for server or else you couldn't call its SchoolRP. It does have that, its a very good server. Not a lot of people have school experience, for example, I was homeschooled for my whole life, always hated it never made friends until I joined this server.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: "Must have, Should have, Could have" (MoSCo)

Haruki 'Haru' Nakiozami would be a male standing at 5'8 with black hair and a red tie and suit on with a very built structure. He would be very polite to people and himself but mostly to other people he always liked to help out people, so he had a passion for history, he always enjoyed it. He has a positive outlook on his other teachers he would also bow to greet them as a Japanese man would do so to greet others. He is very kind and warmhearted. His plan for the future is to maybe someday become the Head of the subject, but for now baby steps.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would ask them what's happening and why are they acting like this, if they refuse to answer I will send them to detention.

Backstory
Haruki 'Haru' Naikozami, was born in 1992 with his parents Yuki Naikozami and Aito Naikozami. He grew up in a small town in Masowa, Japan he was born on a small farm there where he learned many different skills and also worked alongside his sister Nami Naikozami when he was 3 she had passed away in a farm accident and didn't know what was happening when he went to her funeral due to the young age. In 1999 he turned 7 years old he had been studying a lot of History on America and Japan, and other parts of the world as well by that time he decided from a young age he was going to be a teacher so he waited a couple more years until he could apply, he applied to a college in Masowa, Japan near his home when he was 18 and done with high school, he did well in his studies and passes most of his tests and exams and essays. He also went on to live on his own and continue the studies of History with his father at time would come over to help him but when was 20 his father and mother died in car crash, so despite losing his family members he still went on to study history. He had help from friends, but soon after they passed away due to the flu but he didn't care he still proceeded to be a history teacher.
