Yes I do, my username is
F∀ღꓘɆ™NoblePhantom판톰♡
#0673
Do you have a microphone?
Yes I do.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
I was banned for door glitching and reaching 4 warnings about two years ago and I haven’t got banned since then and I won’t again because I’ve made sure to read over the rules multiple times.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
Yes I can
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: I recognize I can get fired ICLy so I’ll try my best to avoid this by following all the rules and tasks given to me.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The receptionist are basically the 'gatekeepers' of the school. They are mainly the first person students, parents, and even some staffs approach when they have questions they want answered. The receptionist also handles things an office worker would do, like: answer calls, greet students / visitors with respect and welcoming gestures. They provide informations on all sorts of topics relating to the school and their whereabouts, including the basics of how the school runs, for example, the rules, the consequences of acting out and the flow of how days her in school. This job also handles information about students but only shares them to someone with authority like other teachers, bit they don't just keep records about students, they also keep track of phone calls and visits. They may also handle student registrations and class schedules. There are more things a receptionist can be assigned to, but those are some of the basic things.

Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I’ve had no past experience with this type of role play but I’ve got the basic understandings of how to role play as a Receptionist, so I’ll try my hardest not to mess up.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Well I’ve been roleplaying for about 2-4 years now, at first I started out roleplaying threw text on skype, discord ect but coming around 2017-2018 I tried Minecraft role play servers, srp being the first one I joined, I have an understanding on how role play works and I would consider myself quite experienced and educated on role play.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes I am. As I stated before an receptionists job is welcome all visitors and to provide information to students, parents, visitors and sometimes even other staff members needing help. They also manage the files and documents of all the students when needed. The job also includes making phone calls if requested and receiving them making sure everything is alright and flowing in order and accomplish all these tasks while preforming to the best of there abilities, but also remaining calm and strategizing even under pressure of dead lines for a specific task.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
In this situation, I would remain calm as possible and not act recklessly back as that would be just sooping down to their level and would most likely make things worse. I would try to quietly talk to them somewhere else to avoid anyone uninvolved joinging in, and causing a bigger distraction for anyone else that may be In class. to sort things out I’d start at the very beginning, trying to understand the reason for their actions and why they did it in first place, and would politely ask them to stop because what they are doing is childish and disruptive to others trying to go about their day. However, if they do not oblige I will give them a warning telling them to quit their thoughtless behavior and instead of cursing, to speak quietly. If they still decide to deny and continue on I’d quietly escort them to someone with higher authority depending on how serious the situation is.

You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
As the Receptionist, one of my jobs is to make sure the students are safe even in dangerous situations, but even then, no employees should face danger straight on just to take chances in a hazardous scene. these situations where the principal requests such things, I'd first ask them what the threat might be that they had to get me involved, and if there is a chance other students and staff are at harm as well. If that is the case, instead of more employees getting hurt and possibly even some students, I'd recommend maybe another way to handle things. More planning and less risk taking
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
Well since the employee is from another school with the possibilities of a different district with different rules, first off I would ask that fellow employee if what he/she is doing was necessary and if it could put them and the students, or even anyone around at risk. I would suggest another way around this to avoid anyone getting hurt. In other situations where it is very obvious that the things they are doing isn't right, an example of this could be that the employee is lashing out at a student or someone else, I would calmly and cautiously approach them and try to sort things out and get the reasoning for his behavior. If they fail to understand that what they're doing is unprofessional, and if they wish to proceed I would report them to higher authority explaining that their behavior was unnecessary and out of order and I’d suggest that he under goes a temporary suspension to think about what he’s done as the uproar caused a disturbance for all the other students.

Applicant Name:
Harry Wittcroft Walker
Chosen Job:Receptionist

Motivation for Joining YHS:
My motivation would mainly strike from the environment I grew up in. Ever since I was young I had a habit, more so a need, I felt the need to help/support anyone who needed it. I could not only show my thanks, but also my gratitude through even something simple things like holding the door up for someone, not to mention how i feel after helping. Everytime without fail whenever I give a hand to anyone I feel like I've just finished a good deed which motivates me to feel that way again and do it again. The best part for me about all this is that it didn't feel something I had to do for reputation, it just came naturally to me which made it way easier to help out in any situations. Of course, at a young age I was limited on the things I could support since some things were meant for someone older, someone with more experience. I may have only been a child, but I still knew that taking on this path as someone who helps out won't be easy, but later on I knew for a certain, that with this opportunity, i can benefit others in my own ways, of course I'd still follow all the rules and such, but I wish to one day show people that just because I help out, doesn't mean I do it for attention or admiration, and that I do it at my own will and that’s exactly why I want to join YHS as a office secretary and I hope you’ll accept me.
Age:25
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:I believe I should be picked for this job because of my dedication to work. Not only that but I will strive to do my utmost best in every task given to me. I also personally believe that I have excellent communication and quick thinking skills and above all I promise to do my job exceptionally. I will not only help out, but I will support anyone who asks for it with the best of my abilities. I will without a doubt spend my time efficiently, not slacking off anytime during my work even in the slightest.
