What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: To be a more important and active role within RP.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, since I have been playing on this server for about a year now. I was a teacher before on this account therefore I have knowledge of the RP I will be getting into.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: They are important because it shows a record of classes held by said teacher. This also helps determine the activity of a teacher. They must have a brief description of what was done within the lesson.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would fill out a trip application, sending it to the principle. This should be done a fortnight before the actual trip. Furthermore, the trip must be for learning purposes.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: All the typical rules, such as raising your hand to speak, no eating or drinking during class unless proper reason to, no inappropriate language or behaviour, no wondering around the classroom, etc.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have explored many RP roles. I have been a Police officer, a shop owner and more (as seen in the previous applications section). I have RP'd on SchoolRP for a year now and have come to grips with RP.

- HD: The head of department, they are in charge of the whole department.
- QTLS: Qualified teacher, they are able to host classes without permission from the HD
- NQT: Newly qualified teacher, they require permission from the HD to host a class.

Teachers are the most important part of SRP, as School is the main focus of the RP.
Teachers mainly in their free time manage their lessons, such as planning and marking books. But depending on their work load from that day/week, they may have free time to get on with their personal lives. For the pay of a teacher, it is hard to say, as when I was a teacher, we wasn't paid, at least for the majority of the time. The first time I got paid it was about 80,000 (this was once a month).
Teachers must engage the children in to lessons, and ensure they are succeeding as much as possible, covering all the students must know for a good/excellent grade in final tests. Furthermore, they must ensure the students are working in a safe, yet fun and exciting environment. Teachers should teach at least 3 times a week, at least one period a day. But mainly as much as they can. Within their spare time, they must/should be marking papers or planning new lessons.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Because without teachers, the school would fail, and serve no purpose. They are there to educate the children of Karakura.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The must/should have system.

My character is called Kanna Kinoshi, she would be standing at 5'9" and weighs around 144Lbs. She would have pink hair (Dyed). Her eyes would be pink, as she has contacts in; originally her eyes would be green. As for her hair, it would originally be brown. What makes Kanna unique is that she is very optimistic, hard working and extremely kind. But she is able to be strict and enforce rules. Her outlook on students is very positive, despite all the negatives about them. She believes that they are able to do good. As for her outlook on other teachers, she appreciates them, and respects them. She believes they are doing good jobs, and will aid them if need be. Kanna is very optimistic (as said), hard working, kind and caring. She plans on being a teacher for as long as she can, but if unable to she will look else where for other, just as amazing jobs.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Firstly I would ask them to stop, and tell them the consequences of their actions. If they do not comply, I will inform a higher member of staff to help deal with the situation. If this is not the case, with being able to get SLT or V.P. I will take note of their names and inform the Principle.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: She/I would use objects, words, or actions to gain the attention of the students, if this is successful, she/I would inform them of what could happen if they do it again. After a certain amount of tries, she will start to issue detentions. That should gain their attention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Kanna would be very polite and formal in the teacher lounge, she'd also try and keep her self busy, so she'd plan lessons or do marking.

Backstory

Kanna was very talented in English classes, was inspired by her teacher. She spent a while looking for teaching jobs as she had just moved away from her old school. At the previous school she was respected by students and teachers, her pay wasn't good enough to say the least. Once she moved to her current location she knew right away what she wanted to do. Kanna hadn't got a lot of money after moving, so she took up a full time job in a cafe until she had enough to make herself look more presentable. Once she was happy and settled, she took to the internet and newspapers to look for teaching jobs. After looking for a week, she found one at Taketatsu High School. She applied right away hoping she had found a place where she felt at home, and was treating her well. Following this, she had left her role as an English teacher, and found a course for Physical education, taking it, as she had forgot a few things regarding P.E.. She moved with her friends and family to Karakura, without a job to take up and earn money. So back to the hunt, she knew she wanted to become a teacher again, and there a place open for a P.E. teacher. After leaving her role as an English teacher, she knew she wanted to do something sport related; as Kanna is a very sporty person.
