School Employee Role you are Applying For: Private Tutor
How often do you log onto the server?: I would describe my activity on the server as active. This is due to the fact that I always try to connect from morning to late night (BST hour), even if I don’t have anything to do. However, this will change due to this new job, which will motivate me to stay longer on the server. Although there may be some days in which, due to my school assignments, I won’t be able to get online for as long.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: So far, I haven’t had any previous ban whatsoever.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Althought my activity can't 100% be ensured, I do have experience in the job I'm applying for and I have tried to come online as soon as I wake up. Moreover, once I get the role, I'll be motivated to get on the server more often, making IC money out of it.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: I do realize that, the same way I can be accepted, I can also be fired due to any kind of misbehaviour. Thus, I will under no circumstances, try to commit any kind of action that may lead up to my character being fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Private Tutor, which is the role I'm applying for, is a job that implies being in School Grounds and, mainly, teach the students who decide to come up to me any kind of subject in order for them to be able to do their assignments, or achieve a good grade in an exam. Moreover, a Private Tutor, as its own name says, tries to help someone in specific or a reduced amount of people at once. Thus, fewer students should imply that a private tutor should focus more on them and be more patient in order for them to understand what they couldn't get in their average classes
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I indeed have experience in this field, due to the fact that I have already been a private tutor. However, due to my resignment, I quitted my job. Nonetheless, all the studenst who I had tutored weren't disappointed with my classes whatsoever, nor did they complain about the methodology or the price of my lessons (5k Yen). Because of this, I believe that I'm ready to properly work again without any kind of procedure teaching, and get to work the moment I'm accepted
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been roleplaying since 2015, roleplaying in Skype groups with Spanish people. Afterwards, I started learning English and, likewise, I started roleplaying in such language. In 2016, I started roleplaying more professionally, both in Minecraft and, some years later, in discord where I, alongside two other roleplayers, have developed a deep lore with large amounts of detail. After three years of roleplay, I joined SchoolRP. Since then, I have constantly been developping my roleplaying procedures, slowly making my actions and my vocabulary more and more complex. Right now, I have experience with /me's, as well as using colours to make my explanations clearer and more understandable
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Since the last time I applied, I have had some "irl" experience as a teacher. I've taken a part-time job in which I helped students to learn basic English as well as some other subjects such as Latin or Greek. Moreover, I've had some "unofficial" experience when helping plenty of people with certain stuff about High School, involving Latin, Ancient Greek, English, History, Philosophy, among others.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: Regardless what the situation was, employee harassment shouldn't be tolerated whatsoever. I would tell them to stop it the first time they say it, even if it was in a joking way. I would tell them that their expression is free, and they can say whatever they want, but this only applies if it's done in a respectful way. If they keep doing this, I would tell them to stop, telling them that punishment will be taken if this is kept on. If they keep on this, I would take them to detention after school. The duration of this would depend on what the offense was.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I'd ask if that task is essential for the functionality of the High School as well as the safety of both students and personnel. Having reached an agreement, I'd pleasantly accept the given request.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask them who ordered them to do such task. If I found out he wasn't told to do such thing or I felt like they might be misbehaving, or breaking any rule that could make any High school personnel or student feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or harassed, I would report this to a higherrank personnel, due to the fact that I'd rather let them know about such attitude than comitting the risk of taking any possible decision that might not be the appropriate one

Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation, besides the one mentioned in my past application, which involves the fact that I want to do something for society and try to teach those who are struggling with their studies. Furthermore, I would like to pay KHS back for the huge amount of effort they've put into trying to teach us the values that have been decisive in our lives. In addition, I had thought about joining other jobs. However, I believe that, although they may pay more or be more fun, my place is here, as a private tutor, due to the previous reasons I've given before, and due to the fact that other jobs wouldn't be as fulfilling as this one.
Age (Minimum age is 25): 30
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: To begin with, I'd like to say that I wouldn't like to hear that other people, who had the chance and took it to put their time and effort into making their application, made it and got denied because of this one. However, I have to say that my features (creativity, originality, patience, etc...) and the fact that I have already been a successful private tutor means that I'll be able to come back once again and teach other people in a fun way, and trying not to just teach theory, but also make question and some games time to time to try to make the one learning interact with me in a way that they're more interested in the topic and are more receptive and capable of learning in a not so boring way.
Notes: I quitted my job as a Private Tutor since I needed a break from the duty that being a school employee has. Don't get me wrong, I loved being a school employee, but there were some students who made my job way harder by harassing both me and the students I was tutoring. However, I've overcome that obstacle, and I feel ready to come back and do my best at my job.
