Role request

I been in 9th grade for about a week now and it just says "You have reached maximum grade" I should be in 12th grade but I would rather go through all grades and just get in 10th grade but if I have to be in 12th that is fine by me (ingame game is _chriissx_

I been stuck as a 9th grade for about 3-4 days now, i have waited the time i need to done /grade and it just says maximum grade has been reached and then next time i hop on it resets. my ingame username is _chriissx_
