    Why do you have to be admin just to get a chance of writing an application? I say unfair! Some people (me) just will never have the chance.

    You can't get admin right off the bat. You need to apply and if you get accepted you become a T-Mod. Later the whole entire staff team will put their opinion on the person. If it's majorly all good feedback they will become a Mod. Also you need to be known to staff to get a better chance. You also need to be on the server for quite a while.
