    I was thinking about making a family, but I don't know if it'd be interesting, or if others would like the name, and I don't know if people would be active within it. There are plenty of people though so I'm sure amongst some you'd find good members

    If you're set on making a family and already have a name picked out well then just make a family discord, you could use other peoples discords as reference and start inviting people to join the family, then invite them to the discord, Have some set rules about the family, and do's and don'ts try and find some other families to ally with.

    Have set rules, roles, goals, and things like that within the family predetermined beforehand, and some set tasks. Try and make it interesting. I once created a family but had no family discord, we had a good 10 members in it, I just went around asking people to join the family, I don't think finding members will be a problem.
