I have no idea why, but my resource pack isn't working. It didn't work yesterday and I have no idea what the problem is. And yes, I do have resource packs enabled.

Usually I get like around seventy ping on servers, but as of recently, I'm getting anywhere from 400 to 800 ping on the server. I'd really like some help on how to lower the damn ping.
