I agree with you and I'm actually one of the guys who are all in for reforms :3 I feel like our characters would be in the same wavelength if we talk about it. Man I'm so glad people actually talk about it! For a second I thought nobody cared about these matters

I will say something that will most likely get me cancelled but with all the experience, questions, and propositions I've given. It is almost impossible for Karakura (at least in an OOCly standpoint) to actually provide some of these rights. Because by stating that we follow them, it would mean...

Whoever is punishing people for rules that are not listed should be hold accountable. This is not a healthy behavior to follow nor for a community to stand. It is completely unacceptable behavior if there are actual rules that are being taken in place and not properly informed to the community...
