Whenever I click "Click Here" It says "Error 404, We can't find the page you're looking for." My version is 1.19.2

Whenever I try loading the resource In game it says fail and I tried downloading the resource from this link Resourcepack, but then It says page cannot be found error 404. I'm playing on version 1.19.2
