During weekdays, I’m online in the afternoon due to school. Normally, this would be for 1-2 hours. However, during days where I don’t have school I’m online pretty much all day unless I’m busy with something outside of the internet. Moreover, I’d say that I’m only active on forums to check applications and to apply or request for things.

What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
Firstly, I’d like to become a Professor because I feel that there are not enough Professors that are online during my time zone. For example, for the past couple of days – there have been barely any classes, most of the time there are none at all during the time of an ICly school day. Most people can agree with this. Secondly, I would like to expand my roleplay experience by becoming a Professor who can teach other people in roleplay. Just by attending the rare, few classes I have acknowledged the basic routine of being a Professor and how it’s different from roleplaying as a student. Furthermore, linking to my first point – I believe that there should always be at least one Professor available during each school day that can host at least a few classes, having none defeats the whole purpose of applying for College in the first place, and the purpose of ‘School’ in SchoolRP. Moreover, school days should feel more practical and realistic – a real school day will consist of classes throughout the day. From my perspective, there isn’t much to do in school as a College student when there are no Professors available, other than play sports. Due to my time zone and activity, I would be able to host classes during these times where most Professors are not available.

Yes, I roleplay regularly and have a full understanding of the rules. In fact, I joined the SchoolRP community in late 2017 or early 2018. I would classify myself familiar with the server system and players that take part in roleplay here.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
A classroom log is a log that you fill in after you’ve hosted a class. For example, a Professor has hosted Period 01-02, they then note down that they have completed the lessons. This is important because it determines the Professor’s pay check for the classes they have hosted.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Students should show respect to the Professor and their peers
2. Disruption will not be tolerated, this includes disrespect to the Professor and peers, yelling and not following the basic school rules.
3. Mobile phones should not be used during class, they should be on silent or switched off.
4. It’s important for students to pay attention when the Professor is explaining something, even if you do not like the subject – other people are dedicated to learn.
5. College classes are mandatory and therefore, students should come to class with a positive attitude to avoid disruption of other students.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
I have been roleplaying on this server for a while, this community is extremely welcoming and fun to roleplay with. My first impressions were to attend classes, hence the name ‘School’ in SchoolRP. I quickly made many friends who had expanded my experiences on roleplay and my understanding on general roleplay rules to consist of a friendly, organised environment. When I get the chance to attend classes, I pay attention to how the teaching system is followed – this is to increase my understanding of teaching a subject if I ever were to become a Professor. I have also been in various sports teams which has also been an interesting addition to my experience on roleplay. Nowadays, I spend my free time on SchoolRP – always expanding my understanding of roleplay and learning something new every day. In conclusion, I would classify myself as experienced and I like the roleplay system on this server compared to any other.

As a Professor, it is important that the students successfully receive the correct education on the subject that the Professor has chosen to teach. The whole point of becoming a Professor is to educate your students to fulfil their interests so they are ready for the real world, especially if they want to start a career in the future that needs the understanding of a particular subject; the curriculum must be followed and taught correctly. Secondly, Professors should always treat their students with respect even if a student does not like the subject in general, first impressions always lead to a nicer and more respectful environment during class. Furthermore, a Professor should at least teach regularly. A College Professor is expected to complete a quota of 15 classes in order to claim the pay check at the end of the month. The average salary of a Professor is ¥300,000 and any extra classes add an extra ¥50,000.

Mahogany Baez, a self-assured Spanish woman standing tall at the height of 5’11. She’d have straight, silky black hair that was usually put into a bun along with monotonous hazel eyes – followed by a subtle amount of makeup, always natural. Her facial expression would be exaggerated, depending on the current mood – But, she’d look untroubled and positive most of the time.
Due to Mahogany’s sanguine attitude and extensive ego, she would be quite ruthless when it comes to unnecessary and silly events. However, she can be quick-tempered and stern when she needs to be. She’d also be distinctively confident in how she looks, acts and speaks – hence her prodigious ego. In addition, she likes to see success and triumph on her own behalf – in other words, people’s ambition to succeed will always become before hers.
Even though her confidence is through the roof, she still looks upon other workers; such as Professors. This is to have an extra hunk of encouragement to begin a full-time career sometime in the future. Optimism from this also encourages her to become a Professor because she has ****ysed the routine of other Teachers and Professors and believes she has the requirements and capacity to handle this job.
In conclusion, Mahogany desires to become a Professor here in Karakura. She believes that all students deserve to have all the education that they can get, seeming as when she was in school – education was not as easy as it is now to obtain. Extending from this, she has always had a passion for this subject and would like to share it with students by educating them.

Firstly, before blatantly shouting at them to stop – I’d ask them why they’re shouting and that they may be disrupting classes or other students, if the reason is not valid I would then politely ask them to stop. If they don’t listen, escalating the situation would be the correct thing to do – for example, suggesting consequences such as talking to their captain, detention, team suspension etcetera. Worst case scenario, I’d report the situation to another member of staff and ensure that it’s dealt with accordingly.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
As disruption is not tolerated, a first warning will be issued to them and I will move on with my class. Assuming they continue, I would note down that their behaviour this lesson was unpleasant and a reasoning why I’m sending them out of my class or to a referral to avoid other students losing track to the teaching.

Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and his/her previous life:
Mahogany Baez, born and raised in the Spanish Isles – a mother and a grandmother to many. She grew up surrounded by family members varying with different careers and lifestyles. Her main influence were her parents of course, the ones who raised her until she was an independent young adult. Both of her parents happened to be in the teaching industry, her mother being a Spanish language teacher and her father a retired politician who then decided to teach politics as a Professor in College. When she turned 15, she payed close attention to her teachers and their way of routine – along with her parents who often had books and test papers to mark at home. This is when her desire to follow this pathway became a life goal. Mahogany’s favourite subject in school was Geography, she always did well in this class and was dedicated to get a good grade in it besides, her and her family travelled around the world a lot, this increased her potential in this subject. Looking ahead, adding her favourite subject to her goal to become a Teacher or Professor had come together. From now, she still has this aspiration to follow her instinct – and will continue to work hard no matter what happens.
