What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My Motivation For becoming A HighSchool Teacher is I have Observed Other Teachers For some time as I believe I can handle the role and I am committed to this role and have a decent amount Of knowledge as Experiencing something new would be an amazing time in the Role Playing community as I have been desiring this role for some times especially the subject P.E and I have been A College Professor for sometime as the Role Of HighSchool Teacher calls to me more then a Professor.

For my character is also perfect for this role and is able to Be A PE Teacher as she has trained a lot for this role and she thinks it’s time to become wanna and get out of her bubble. For some time she had Desired this role and Has Knowledge of this role and she thinks she would be great and I think that to as she is Really In love With Being Physical and being fit as she takes this role also from her father being a Athlete and her mother being a PE Teacher as she dreams to take there path also. Also most of the teachers aren’t online at my time zone and some do not even host classes.After Roleplaying as a college prof I decided to look out to other Teachers in High-School. I observed them. Well some of them since they weren’t online-. And I decided to take a path into becoming A high school teacher.

Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have a decent Experience In Role Playing as I joined a few years ago to start my journey and it’s amazing journey and I would like to Experience new things Whenever I can that’s why I chose this Role. It pulls me to the first. And others may think I’m not good but when I need to I bring out the best I can. even thought I’m not good in detailRP I still will try. and do anything to achieve My dream.

my role play experience started way back when I actually started role playing as a kid it wasn’t a big thing that happened but I still loved moving forward me and my cousins used to role play in Minecraft not in the server yet. We used to build schools houses and started to role play even naming our citizens giving people roles. Years later I found out about RolePlayHub From my friend. A soon as I joined I had the base like i new what I was doing then others who are new. As I kept playing and playing I decided to apply for something and that’s college professor which I am right now. My role play experience has changed by many years and I hope it will become Better every time.

Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
yes of course I have read the Faculty HandBook I’ve read it a couple of times to fully understand it to be ready when I need something that is close to it.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
It is a channel where Teachers show which lessons they have held this is important also for proof when it comes to paychecks and also checking who are inactive and who are active at this point many teachers aren’t that active. The Principal Will be checking the logs and also the V.P May check the logs to see how many classes they have held or taken each day to see if there active or not or to get ready for there paychecks.

You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would first take permission from the V.P Or The Principal And inform them all the information about the field trip. if they confirm I will set up all the things that are needed in the field trip and make sure the students are set up and aloud by there parents to join. And I would of course let the parents sign a paper to make sure There aloud to go and what there are not aloud to do. (As students may have allergies or are sick and not be able to attend the field trip) we must know if A student isn’t aloud.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Respect and listen to the teacher.

2.Be prepared for class.

3.Raise your hand to speak.

4.make sure your area is always clean

5. Phones will be prohibited

6. No swearing or mean comments during classes

7. Make sure to finish your homework when needed

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
Well I’v Observed Other HighSchool Teachers and I’ve seen how the job is so wanting as you feel like you would be perfect for that job as that what I have felt I have been a college professor for some times experiences Something Like Teachers I have been looking forward to applying to be A PE Teacher and I see this is the perfect time. To step out of the Ball and go through other experiences with role playing. It’s been a long journey in my experience in role playing I have Learned everything I need to know what are the rules and how we role play. Role playing may be hard to others but if you give it a try you’ll feel like it’s perfect for you as I did I started down and became better every time

some years of Accomplishing Skills in role playing I decided to start DetailingRP(DetailRP) it was hard at first but with practice I did it. I feel like I was chosen to role play these days. As I love it so much and hope to continue doing it to learn more things coming to SchoolRP and the community there may be changes I need to learn and that I will learn.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:

- HD:
Head department are very skilled teachers will oversee the Qualified Teacher Learning and Skillsand some times assist them with there classes to make sure there doing alright. And they will make sure your following the code of conduct.

- QTLS:
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills are skilled teachers but aren’t that skilled as the Head Department. They have been a teacher For some time and learned all the tricks and skills.

-NQT:
Newly Qualified Teacher are New to being Teachers but may still host classes with permission by the Head Of Departments They will still be overseen by the H.D

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers are the same to In real Life Teachers as the both give out knowledge to other students and hold a big role in a school.make 250k every 15 classes and an additional 50k for every 5 classes as for In real life I believe It’s 40k to about 60k. As what they do for their spare i time I believe they go over children’s work/homework they have done the past days or take a little break since they have been doing a lot for students and how they teach. Well All teachers teach differently they all have there on ways.

Teachers are different they do not teach the same they have different ways to make them unique not all teachers have the same Teaching style some may have some may have not teachers are still important to life and schoolRP as it makes it more realistic in school rp and for in real life it teaches us the knowledge without knowledge we would not be here

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are Really important since they teach us new skills and Knowledge we need to know for a future without out Teachers we would not have our knowledge till this day they hold a really big role in a school teachers may be strict some times but are teaching you the best that they can. Even thought they struggle they still Give us our Knowledge we need to know. We would not be here without knowledge

they give a realistic feeling when role playing like you are there and your experience it it’s right in front of you but it’s just game that makes you feel like that’s your In real life.

Elle is a very young But still strict lady when it comes to children not behaving. She will always still support others but when talking down to she will not hesitate to be a little feisty Her outlook on the students to grow up into mature adults and chase there dreams and she develops a very strong relationship with each students

for her co-workers she treats them like family and won’t hesitate to help them whenever needed even thought she doesn’t know them she will still strike. But she is very calm and funny to her students making sure there having a nice calm day. She also thinks Co-workers are family to her even student she will treat them right whenever and when she can.


Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would calmly approach the Fellow Delinquents And tell them to quite down as some teachers may be hosting a lesson and you are interrupting them if they still do not listen I would give them a verbal Warning and if they would continue with this behavior I would send them to the principals or vice Principals office. I would not hesitate to send them to The V.P

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would Kindly tell them to pay attention as this is very important for your knowledge and if they continue Ignoring me and not paying attention I would give them a warning and tell them if the would not listen I would bring the Principal or VP to deal with them. If some would not listen and some would not I would kindly stop the lesson and talk to them in front of everyone to show them. Or I would kick them out of the class for misbehaving and not listening to the class.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
She will always act in a mature Way Trying not to disturb other teachers. If she wanted to have a conversation with other teachers she would kindly escort the teacher outside and begin with there conversation. She would maybe deal with her work or have a little snack maybe open her laptop to see if she has any Work She needs to do or needs to check her students homework that they Given her. After all She will Be very calm and when leaving she will make sure to clean up everything

She normally won’t visit the lounge room really since she likes to busy and not just laying down and lazy she likes to go out or go on duty some times she doesn’t like to stay there mostly she just likes to go for a run maybe or check on students get her next lesson ready or maybe just hang out with other teachers or her friend.she loves to talk with people and never really like to be alone she is normally walking out or talking to her students if she has break or normally doing something in the gym or on the yard

if she was tired and wanted to finish some work she would spend about 5-10 minutes in the lounge then go outside and maybe have a chat with the students see if anyone is acting bad or not following the rules

Elle Born In the heart of Paris A Very Young Minded woman her Mother and a very Fit Father. Elle’s life was healthy and going good Her mother teaching her at the same school she started in and her father A athlete who would teach her different types of sports Like Baseball Football and VolleyBall Elle was very strong in those games she dreams to be a Teacher like her Mother.

after some years Elle is finally 15 and her mother and father decided to travel to Japan. Kararkura as they heard All about the place the amazing views the attractions and the schools Reputation. They settled to buy a lovely Apartment as the moved in Elle started noticing this was her new home..She absolutely Loved the place! For some days Her mother had Applied And became A Teacher and There School as they were known none as the athletic Family.

Elle started To make new friends everyday she used to also visit Her Aunt who had Owned a Shop in town and decided to visit her very often they spent so many years in karkaura.
After Elle’s Graduation she decided to Move out and buy her own apartment with her saving after her mother Had left her job after old age. Elle still wondered what she should be. What job should she ‘take’ she got idea’s from many of her friends. Most of them told her to follow her moms path.. so she did.

Elle decided she would like to follow her mother’s path in being a teacher and the subject Physical education Of course after applying she was Finally a Teacher Of the subject Physical education she loves her job and The school she is teaching in.
