I joined Roleplay Hub today (11/22/20). I have been looking to find a roleplay map or server to play with my boyfriend and we found this server today. I am very interested in continuing playing here though I do have school so I may not be on everyday but I most likely won't be gone for more than a week I would believe.

What’s your motivation to apply for EMS, how will you benefit our medical team?:
I was surprised at how diverse this server was and I enjoy it very much. I was excited yet to be honest a bit hesitant because of how detailed it is but it does make it very realistic. I was interested about getting jobs and moving my way up in this world and thought that being a psychiatrist would be right for me. Personally, I've had an interest in psychology and thought it would be a fun role for my character to play.
What medical role are you applying for? (e.g: Doctor, Nurse, Psychiatrist, Surgeon.):
I will be applying to be a psychiatrist.

I understand how challenging it will be to deal with patients while working in this field yet it's a challenging experience that I would like to delve into. I'm not that knowledgeable about what I would be doing exactly but I'm eager to learn. Though not knowing much about the job myself, I have an idea of what I would be doing if I were to get the job. It would be a safe space for people of all ages and orientation to come and express their feelings and problems to me. I would help to the best of my abilities and be able to hopefully help anyone who would come to me and ask for help. Someone would come in for a session and express to me what they have been having troubles with and I would give my advice and recommendations as to what they should do or what I might be able to do personally.
Are you aware of the basic color codes for medical emergencies? If so, specify all the ones you’re conscious of with their meanings.
Though I only know three codes, I believe these are the most common hospital codes.
Code Blue: There is a medical emergency in the hospital. Most likely emergences such as a cardiac and respiratory arrest.
Code Red: When there is fire or smoke that has been spotted in the hospital.
Code Black: This code means if there's a bomb threat to the facility.
Do you take acknowledgment to the fact that if you’re inactive for a long period of time you will be demoted, and do you respect this fact?
Yes, I understand and respect this fact.
Categorize all the EMS roles and specify what each of them does:
I'm not sure if I've listed them all but I am willing to make a better understanding of them all if anything seems out of place.
Head Physician:
The Head Physician is the head of the hospital. They decide final decisions and take care of payments for the hospital as well as making sure the hospital is in working order. They have experience in many of the sub categories in the hospital and making sure that the staff as well as the safety standards are in tip top shape.
Clinical Manager:
Clinical Managers are second in command if the Head Physician is not around. They manage the hospital as well as talking to the Head Physician about any complaints or anything that may be out of place in the facility. They also make sure that everyone is doing their jobs correctly as well as help train if Clinical Leads are not present at the time.
Clinical Lead:
They are the Leads of the types of employees below and help manage them. They are in charge of training the trainees of their departments. They are great leaders and know how to stay collected and patient since working with people that are new and need help with their jobs.
Surgeon:
The best in their departments, the Surgeon is in charge of
surgeries as well as transplants and dealing with severe conditions of people that come into the ER. They are trained to handle difficult situations such as surgeries making them the most qualified in their department.
Doctor:
Doctors take care of patients with illnesses and treatments for things such as broken bones, burns, or stitching cuts. They help nurses and psych's with minor problems and can only do surgeries if a doctor isn't available since they aren't as highly trained or qualified as an actual surgeon.
Nurse:
Nurses are typically assistants to doctors and surgeons. They help with treatment with patients that go to doctors as well as assisting during surgeries with surgeons. They help take care of patients coming out of surgeries or anytime of recovery stage patients might be in. They can assist with calls if a doctor isn't in at that moment as well as being able to diagnose illnesses and diseases.
Psychiatrist:
Though all of the above jobs help treat people with physical illnesses, psychiatrist help treat mental illnesses. They treat people that have depression to people who have severe phobias and suicidal thoughts or tendencies. They offer day to day therapy and help people who are having trouble getting over something tragic in their life. They provide a safe and comforting space for people to talk about their feelings without the feeling of judgement.

Jazmin is a very helpful and caring person so they always put their patients first. They act in a professional way and respect the people that come to her for help. She makes sure that her patients feel safe and comforting when entering her office. There is no judgment in the room, only a person who will listen and understand their problems no matter the situation.
She is a reserved and quiet person when not working with patients yet when she is, she is always open to share personal experiences if it will help the person in need. When not on her shift, she is timid, quiet, and polite to her coworkers but is more talkative to the ones she's known longer. She is always willing to help others as well as being caring and polite to everyone she meets.

Jazmin is caring and helpful to her friends, coworkers and patients and because of this is known to be very friendly and makes friends easily. She isn't a social butterfly yet when with the right people can be comfortable and talkative. She is always open to hear people's opinions and will help anyone even if they are strangers if they are in trouble or have something to get off their chest.

Jazmin is known to be a beautiful women with black short hair. She is a bit short at 5'5 and has chestnut colored eyes. She has petite hands that are soft to the touch with rings decorating them. She has a tattoo of a flower on her left forearm and wears casual and sometimes baggy clothing during non-work hours. Though her last name is White, her skin tone is a very light brown, sometimes looking a little pale usually around the arms, hands, and legs.
Does your character have any past / current mental and or physical illnesses we should take acknowledgement to?
Though her past is something quite horrible, she has learned to overcome her thoughts of suicidal thoughts and tendencies which has lead her towards psychology so that she could help others. Though she has had thoughts of suicide, she has overcome them and is in a more happier and stable mentality in this point in time.

As a child, her parents died in a horrific plane crash and has been in an orphanage from the ages of 9 to 18. She met a friend while she was there and they still know each other now. His name is Jason Lee (IGN BYBYUI2) and they have overcome many obstacles since then. They never wanted to be separated from having to go with different families so they pleaded to be taken together if taken at all but to no prevail. When they turned 18, they had to leave the orphanage and make it on their own. After leaving the orphanage, she started working to get a GED for the next year while also working as a nurse for 3 years. She was able to get into a college when she was 20 and had been in college for 8 years. Though its been a long journey, they have prevailed in changing their life for the better. Jazmin would always read books and study, specifically in psychology since she herself wanted answers to her own problems and feelings. When she learned how to treat herself and got herself on her feet with getting an education, she is now trying to become a psychiatrist and help others with her problems since she believes with her own knowledge and experience, she would be right for the job. While having her friend Jason by her side, they have grown to love each other romantically and are now happily married.
